Yes Kay - let us know if you need/want to talk. You don't have to pretend with us.

oopsie, I did it again - that is what I get for subscribing to comments. From last post:

Hey fellow crockpotters - I'm thinking of going home at lunch and throwing something in the crockpot.

I was thinking chicken w/ cream of mushroom - nothing exciting. I want something creamy to put over rice. Any other thoughts?

My head is in a fog today.

Lisa said...

SW, sorry you're a grumpy bunny today. You know that makes it more fun to poke at you, though...right? ;-)

Kristin, how are you feeling?

Aww, crap. I thought today was St. Patrick's Day and just realized it isn't. Now I need to replan dinner.

Anonymous said...

Kristin let me look. I had something where it was chicken with cream of mushroom, broccoli and rice all in the crockpot. It was really good. The picky pants over here ate it.

Lisa said...

Kristin, your chicken idea sounds good with the rice. Just do that.

kristin said...

SW - I too am sorry you aren't all chipper today - I do have to say though, I did see one exclamation point.

AP - I don't know - I feel weird. My head is foggy and I'm a little light headed, like if I turn my head to fast, I get dizzy. I haven't taken any meds in about 24 hours. I have a dull headache, nothing major and my sinuses are definitely draining.

It's just weird and I'm tired, like I could lay down and sleep for hours.

Lisa said...

Kristin, I swear you've just got some sinus issues. Do you ever use a neti pot?

Lindsay said...

Morning Grumpy Pants!!!!! (Am I annoying yet?)

Hugs to you LFoB.

I love cursive. My fourth grader is starting now. I really hate to see handwriting thrown out the window because of computers. I'm a nerd, I can admit it.

Anonymous said...

Kristin, can't find the recipe. If I do before lunch I'll let you know.

It sounds like you have a sinus infection going on.

Angie said...

Bella, the dill, garlic and feta cream cheese spread recipe looks delicious. I've been needing a dip that goes well with raw vegetables. This looks like a good one.

Fucking A! Did I sneak in an exclamation point without meaning to? Crap!

Angie said...

<<-- is freaked out by net pots

Angie said...

net pots = neti pots

kristin said...

No AP - I have not used a neti pot, they too freak me out. I don't like to put things up my nose - I won't even do nose spray.

I have really never had major allergies before, just recently. This time it seems to be knocking me on my ass.

Lisa said...

The neti pots are scary until you use one a time or two. I was afraid I'd feel like I was drowning and freak out. It's not like that at all though and they really help. Jake suffers terribly from allergies and sinus crap and it's amazing the difference when he uses his regularly. Get your nerve up and pick one up...give it a try and see if it doesn't help.

Robin in Montana said...

I want to try a neti pot. I bought some Vicks nose spray (I'm a freakin' old lady now, lol) and that stuff has saved my butt at night lately. I can't wait to get out of this house and see if my allergies let up some.

Kristin - I'd just do the cream soup and your chicken. You could toss some veggies in it if you want, too. My kids like peas or broccoli in it. It's also good if you mix a packet of onion soup mix and a glop (like maybe a third of a cup or so) of sour cream into the soup.

kristin said...

Okay - so if I do that - how many cans do you think I need - I have a larger crockpot. I want to say it is a 7 qt. I have no idea why my mom got me such a big one, but that is what I have.

Anonymous said...

I used to watch the NetiPot instructional video on You Tube just for fun during college. However, I've found that it really does help. It's immediate relief, which when I'm sick feels really good. If you lean over far enough, you can avoid the drowning feeling.

Margo said...

Robin - you won my give-away. I didn't see an e-mail address for you so I posted on your blog. If you don't like the charm I have up just go to my etsy site and pick one. If you still don't like anything you can e-mail me an image you really like and I'll make you one - I'm easy that way.

Margo said...

I need to watch the youtube video - every time I try a sinus wash I end up feeling like I just jumped off the high dive!

kristin said...

Margaret said she was easy!

Yeah Robin! Wouldn't it have been funny if it had been Bella?

Margo said...

Ribs are good in the crock pot too - throw in some spices and an onion and then add sauce at the end.

kristin said...

We had ribs yesterday for BIL's birthday.

I'm in a chicken mood tonight.

I will try ribs one of these days though.

Robin in Montana said...

Margaret -- get out! Yay! Let me go look again, but I know I'll love it. I also am easy that way. :-D If you give me your email I'll email my address, or you can email me at LoopiRobbi@aol.com.

Kristin -- if you're doing like 4 chicken breasts, one can of mushroom soup and maybe 3/4 can of milk is probably enough. It's also good if you put the chicken breasts in the crockpot (little bit of the soup mixture on the bottom first) and then put a slice of swiss cheese and a slice of deli ham on top, the rest of the soup mixture, then a box of stuffing mix and maybe half a stick of butter melted and drizzled over that.

I love ribs in the crockpot, too. Although Kelly does this thing with them where he cuts them into individual ribs, rubs them with a dry rub mixture, and then broils them. Stupid good. Now I want ribs, dammit!

Angie said...

"I used to watch the NetiPot instructional video on You Tube just for fun during college"

Kasey, this is disturbing! But funny.

SW, it's hilarious. It's like it was shot in 1970 and aimed at teaching elementary students. What can I say, I'm easily amused.

Angie said...

Mulie, are you still in Atlanta? Just wanted you to know you are missed and I hope your trip is going well.

PJ said...

SW,
Brothers and Sisters was tiring last night - too much arguing. Except for Gilles. And calling Sarah a cougar. Ha!

Have you seen the Jimmy Fallon Handsome Guys Club video? Gilles is shirtless in it. Mmmm..

Hi all!

LFoB- I'm so sorry you're having a rough time (((hugs)))

Re: cursive writing
I found the discussion really interesting!
Here, we are taught cursive writing in first grade. It's mandatory and we have to write everything in cursive.

Shannon said...

Morning ladies!!!

LFOB you know you are among friends who will not judge you or allow you to lie to us. We are here for you!!

Day after tomorrow I have to go take my final for math. I did discover that in order to keep my B in the class I only have to get a 60% on the final....WOOT more stress relieved :) And you guys are almost done hearing about my term in school too :) LOL

Anonymous said...

Yay, Shannon! I'll keep my fingers, toes etc. crossed for you! :)

Anonymous said...

Shannon, Woo Hoo.

Corinne, they just barely teach cursive here. I remember starting cursive in 2nd grade. From 3rd grade on we wrote strictly in cursive. I just don't get it. But I guess technology is just the way of the world.

Shannon said...

LOL I will just be so happy to be done this term...it feels like it has been hell

Shannon said...

So ladies I need you all to say a prayer to the powers that be that my exs wifes sister has her hemoglobin drop this morning!!

Yes I know that sounds horrible but she is currently in the hospital for the second time in 2 weeks due to uterine bleeding. This time they have currently given her 6 units of blood in 2 days and are trying to get the bleeding stopped.

Yes they have offered her the hysterectomy and she refuses because she wants all the control as to when, why, and how it is done...never mind she is bleeding to death because of it right now.

So last night the doc said if her hemoglobin dropped by this morning she would no longer have a choice and would have to have the surgery. If she doesnt and the bleeding starts again she will hide it. She needs to give up control and get this done before it is too late.

Angie said...

Shannon, I don't pray, but I would be glad to voodoo hex your ex's wife's sister's uterus so that it keeps bleeding and she'll get the surgery she needs. I would give up my uterus like this. ::snapping fingers::

I'm proud of you for doing so well in school, Shannon. And we are definitely not tired of hearing about it!

Angie said...

Not that my voodoo hexes are anywhere as strong as Corinne's, for sure!

Shannon said...

LOL well hopefully the voodoo hex will work. This woman is just crazy because I want my uterus and cervix GONE!!!!

It was crazy to get to see a control freak in full swing I'm telling you. It was all about doing it on her terms while she is laying there with the nurse guy putting up her 4th unit of blood.

And thanks for the pride in me with school. It feels so hard sometimes being in my late 30's and finally making a decision like this about my future. Sometimes I feel like I should just get a job and forget about school but now I am trying to do both LOL

kristin said...

Congrats Shannon! such a relief!

Stuff is in the crock but as I was leaving, SO called and said he was heading home :( and then asked what I wanted for dinner. Oh well. I was hoping for another night alone.

Anonymous said...

Shannon - I'll voodoo hex (along with SW ;) ) your ex's wife's sister's uterus to stop bleeding or for her to finally let go and have the surgery. (I'll pray too) :)

Shannon said...

I am thinking of a crock pot concoction sometime in my near future LOL

I love that damn thing it is crazy.

Shannon said...

YAY!!!! hopefully she will have things happen one way or another.

I worry about her leaving the hospital with it though because she hid from her partner just how bad she was bleeding for DAYS until she had to go to the ER this last trip. I worry that she will hide it again and this time she may hide it until she is passed out from loss of blood.

Anonymous said...

Shannon, sending additional voodoo hex support and I'll pray a little too. That's crazy.

kristin said...

that sucks Shannon.

Lindsay said...

Yikes, that's scary Shannon. I just said a prayer. Is she as much of a control freak in the rest of her life? I'd kind of be excited if someone told me I *had to have mine removed.

Sorry Kristin that you don't get another night alone with the bed all to yourself :p

Shannon said...

Oh yes she is Lindsay. Her daughter is 20 and she still holds a tight reign of control over her. She is trying to find her own place to live as her mother keeps sabotaging her in different ways so she hasnt moved out yet. She tries her darndest to control everyone and everything in her life and it is a little creepy to witness such things.

I mean I like to be in control of things with me but I seriously know when it is time to relinquish that control and let things that are better in the long run be done.

Lindsay said...

That's sad that her need to control is sabotaging her own daughter and endangering her life.

I'm kind of a control freak myself!

Margo said...

My ute stopped working about a year after I had my daughter. The damn thing wouldn't contract. I had a V hyster - took a few weeks off from work and ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, never looked back!

Margo said...

When I had my hyster I had just seen Borat, one of the nurses was from Russia and she came in one morning and said "would you like an ice pack for your vagine" - it was hysterical!

Shannon said...

Margaret that is too funny...vagine :)

The funniest thing with this control freak is that she is worried about missing work....Um she works from home. Her office is all of 8 steps away from her bedroom. She could take a week of her almost 3 weeks of vacation and sick time to recuperate and then be able to continue talking on the phone and typing on the computer.

Anonymous said...

Good Morning...er afternoon. I've been taking advantage of having my husband on Spring Break and sleeping in.

Cute kitty...that was a sweet hug for Kay.

I wanted to post an article about cursive writing, but it's a pdf. It is very interesting and supports teaching cursive first before "ball and stick" printing. It seems that cursive was taught first up until about the '50's. Teaching printing first interferes with learning cursive because the hand has learned a habit that is hard to break and can cause reading problems in some children because there are so many letters that look alike in print vs. cursive. It takes more skill to print than to write in cursive as well. Something interesting about left-handed writers, too.

Anyway, if you want to read it, you can find the link to the article on this page:

http://www.teachkidshow.com/teach-your-child-how-to-write-cursive/

kristin said...

so tweet from RV (non-PC) from this morning:

Your tweeting about breakfast when you've kept me outside all night?

Do you think she kicked him out?

Robin in Montana said...

I don't know, but have you been reading over at MWOP all the stuff about Shaun Groves 'investigating' JM and RV on behalf of Compassion International?

kristin said...

Yup, I've been reading. Very interesting.

Anonymous said...

Maybe they are going to forgo on this house and live in tents outside now.

kristin said...

Did you get anything moved?

kristin said...

She will walk around naked while breastfeeding and baby wearing and RV will go back to ice fishing to feed the children.

Robin in Montana said...

Kristin - yes, we got a lot accomplished yesterday, actually. Everything is out of the storage unit, which took three trips each, except for a couple of big things that will require more muscle than I can provide. Knocked off early to go sit in the sun and drink some beer. Good day. :-)

kristin said...

Good for you RiM!

When do you have to be out of the rental?

Margo said...

sandy - some sponsor you are! Can you imagine 7 people in an RV - gross!

Anonymous said...

Christy- That's an interesting article :)

Kristin- That's a weird tweet from RV. Some more family drama would add to the trainwreck that is JM!

Sandy- "Maybe they are going to forgo on this house and live in tents outside now."

Lol. In order to experience what people go through after an earthquake tore their house down? You know, for c-o-m-p-a-s-s-i-o-n... :D

RiM- I hope the move goes smoothly!

Angie said...

"Maybe they are going to forgo on this house and live in tents outside now."

Nice, Sandy, but I kinda agree with Margaret re your sponsoring responsbilities. :-|

Robin in Montana said...

Kristin - technically the 1st, I suppose. If they get it rented back out again, I would imagine they won't say it's available until the 5th or so, to give them time to do whatever they feel like they need to do, but who knows if it will rent that quickly. We should easily be out by the 1st, though.

Anonymous said...

I do not read there so my sponsorship is fine. lol.

Lindsay said...

SW - I've begging and pleaded with Sandy to help me and she won't! Kidding Sandy :)

I am beyond her helping abilities, but I haven't hit rock bottom yet. I'm still enjoying being in the throes of my addiction :)

Lindsay said...

And I swear I am not drunk. My English skills are astounding!

Anonymous said...

Lindsay- You crack me up :P

Robin in Montana said...

Suuurrree, Lindsay.

kristin said...

I'll have what Linsday is drinking :)

Anonymous said...

Lindsay, you are the keeper of the "flask" you know. lol

Lisa said...

I heard someone say "flask".

Margo said...

In response to where was non-PC sleeping last night someone said "under the back deck with the cats she refused to help last Fall" - I'm wheezing with laughter!

Robin in Montana said...

LOL about the cats! Damn the luck in being banned over there.

Margo said...

The cat comment was on mwop

Lindsay said...

I'll pass the flask to a girlfriend in need :) Usually it's filled with tequila, but a little Irish Whiskey is in order for the season!

LMAO about the cats!

Corinne's English is much better than mine, and I was an English major in college. Oops!

Margo said...

I wonder if the shaun groves on mwop is really the finishing school debutante?

kristin said...

ahh...that's right - the ones who were sponsored - I guess she wanted her kids to experience what Miichelle did in Kenya - my bad.

Lindsay said...

Kristin - you're a funny girl! Kenyan bouncy houses!.

Lindsay said...

This drama has got to stop, or I'll never be able to get my house in appropriate order for my visiting FIL :) I just keep reading and laughing and reading and laughing.

PJ said...

Tho, I wonder how thingth are on THIP?

kristin said...

i think you can stop biting your tongue now CK :)

Angie said...

"In response to where was non-PC sleeping last night someone said "under the back deck with the cats she refused to help last Fall" - I'm wheezing with laughter!"

Wheezing here too!!

Angie said...

LOL CK!

Lisa said...

CK...you're evil.

Lindsay, pass the flask - I'm not picky!

PJ said...

SW - where've you been? I'm waiting impatiently to hear what you thought of B&S last night, and if you've seen the Jimmy Fallon Handsome Men's Club bit? Gilles....

PJ said...

flathk

Margo said...

I'm imagining a shivering non-pc curled up under the back porch wearing his ninja get-up clutching his crackberry.

PJ said...

Margaret - what a picture!

Angie said...

Crap, I forgot to answer that. Sorry, CK. I liked B&S. I don't mind the squabbling. In fact, I find it kind of fun, especially when Kevin is in between his sisters. I didn't like the Tommy sighting, but he's never engaged me. I loved Sally Field's reaction to Justin's g/f (name escapes me) wanting to give her mom $2M. Of course Sally is right and Holly is completely wrong.

Sally is wrong though, about selling Ojai shares. Or is she? Would we all be better off without that damn tainted company?

I have not seen the Jimmy Fallon Handsome Men Club bit. Gilles is *so *freaking *hot.

Angie said...

You know, I've thought about those poor cats under the deck several times too. I guess others are haunted by their mews as well...

kristin said...

I liked B&S too.

Every time they say Ojai - I think of OHIH though.

I haven't seen the Jimmy Fallon bit either - must google tonight though :)

He is hot!

Angie said...

"Every time they say Ojai - I think of OHIH though."

PTSD, Kristin? :-)

Robin in Montana said...

Margaret - I picture him clutching *something, but not his crackberry.

Lisa said...

"I'm imagining a shivering non-pc curled up under the back porch wearing his ninja get-up clutching his crackberry"

Crackberry...is that a euphemism?

Margo said...

I'm wheezing again!

kristin said...

Oh RiM - I so did not want that visual.

SW - could be. you feeling any better?

Margo said...

I missed the post when one of the kids found her sex toy - did she post an overly colorized photograph of it?

Lisa said...

CK, you're going to bite it off!

T@iy@ said...

Jimmy Kimmel?

Angie said...

"Margaret - I picture him clutching *something, but not his crackberry."

Oh, ewwwww, Robin!

Kristin, I feel fine. Just was crabby this morning is all. I'm better now! Hence the exclamation marks!!!

Jennifer-Lynn said...

Hi all.

Lindsay said...

I think Mulie posted the link last week. It was hysterical.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MyGJXLxtVEo

CK - oops! Yes, you can quit biting your tongue :)

Angie said...

Hiya BD!

T@iy@ said...

Jimmy Kimmel because it might make the handsome men's club video easier to find. :)

I tried to add to that a minute ago, but my DD pulled my computer cord out and my computer shut down...

Robin in Montana said...

Hi BD!

Kristin is having crockpot chicken with rice. What's anyone else having for dinner? I am fresh out of inspiration.

Jennifer-Lynn said...

I think I'm going to make either chicken etouffee or chicken paprikash.

T@iy@ said...

My husband is grilling in lieu of me cooking dinner. Spring, summer, and fall make me happy that way. :) He loves to grill and I don't have to cook! Win/win.

Lindsay said...

crackberry = blackberry. That's how stinking addictive it is. I can vouch for that!

And I meant to say "there's the link" when I posted it above. It's the link to the handsome men's club. And it is some of the funniest 10 mins of television I've ever seen. I loved Lenny Kravitz.

Angie said...

Lindsay, do you play brickbreaker on your crackberry? Speaking of addictive.

Lindsay said...

RiM - We're having corned beef a couple of days early here. It was such a great deal at the grocery I couldn't pass it up. I'm sure my mom will make it and have us over on Wednesday. Then I'll officially be "corned beef'ed out".

Angie said...

Robin, I'm having leftover pasta. And left over long island iced tea. :-)

Anonymous said...

"Margaret - I picture him clutching *something, but not his crackberry."

EWWWWWWW!!!!!

Lindsay said...

SW - why yes, I do :) And I really, really like Word Mole. Do you?

And I wish AP would take the explicit content warning off, because it takes forever to load when I'm checking Daisies from the road :P

Angie said...

I don't really know how to play Word Mole yet. Like, you spell words, but not sure what the rules are.

Brickbreaker is the best. BUT, my trackball is wearing out from too much brickbreaking, and I'm trying to lay off it. I can't get past level 16 anyway.

AP, I agree re the explicit content warning. Will you ditch that? It keeps Jill from reading us at work, and I don't think it's necessary. Though I haven't read any rules, so don't know why I think I know anything at all about it!

Jennifer-Lynn said...

Sandy, did you find that recipe with the Cream of Mushroom soup, broccoli, etc? Because I'd love to have it.

Lindsay said...

Really you just spell. And the larger the word the more points you get. And when you get to a certain amount you get to move to the next level. Hubs and I have contests to see who can beat whose top score. I am in the lead thankyouverymuch!

I haven't got to 16 yet on brick breaker, but as soon as I do, we should have a contest :)

I'm not at all competitive. Ha!

Lindsay said...

Hmmmm. MWoP just confirmed it *was Shaun Groves. Why is his profile hidden then? More conspiracy theories to take up my time!

Anonymous said...

When I do I'll post it. I haven't made it in a while but the whole thing is done in the crockpot.

Jennifer-Lynn said...

Awesome. Thanks, Sandy! I just didn't know if I missed it.

PJ said...

Yes, Jimmy Kimmel. Argggg!

RV would only need a couple of fingers to hold something else. He could still hold his crackberry too.

Jennifer-Lynn said...

What about Shawn Groves?

I really need to skim a bit better.

kristin said...

OMFG - I just watched - that is freakin' hysterical - "you are my handsome!...you are my big daddy handsome!"

LMAO!

PJ said...

I "stepped" away to work on a spreadsheet. Which I must do again. sniff sniff.

Lindsay said...

Enjoy CK!

Kristin - "Can I get a show of handsome?"

kristin said...

I got lost in my eyes!

Lindsay said...

BD - He apparently is looking into how RV's DV was missed during the vetting process. Lots of people on MWoP were suspicious about it being really him (sudden change of heart and all) and thought it was an imposter who was looking for a way to out him/her. But he/she confirmed it was really Shaun. Go figure. Perhaps it's the end of the line for some people.

Lindsay said...

OMG - lost in his eyes. Oh, I totally watched that again. And I still found it funny the second time around. And I said it before and I'll say it again. I still love Sting and still think he's hot.

Robin in Montana said...

BD - Over on MWOP, Shaun Groves has been talking, and is apparently conducting on behalf of Compassion International an "investigation" into RV and the domestic violence charges and the McKinney's in general. I'm not sure what the point is *now, since they've already been on the trip and CI should have checked out the people they sent on the trip prior, but that's what's going on, I guess. People have found links to every single time he's sneezed sideways, including a 2007 conviction for fraud in trying to get a license or some damn thing.

Lisa said...

Sure, I'll take the warning off. Just give me a sec.

Lindsay said...

AP - I was totally kidding! You don't have to take it off for me.

Lisa said...

Okay, we're going commando around here again. ;-)

Lindsay, I tried to read from my phone one day and had the same problem. Then SW asked and also mentioned Jill...it just seemed like a good idea!

Jennifer-Lynn said...

RiM and Lindsay...thanks.

I'm no fan of the Mckinneys, but really, now what difference does it make? So Compassion got their name out in the traffic on JM's blog, they got kids sponsored, and NOW they are going to investigate, now that JM has given them what they want (allegedly)? What are they going to do, erase the trip? To me, it makes Compassion sound somewhat shady.

Lisa said...

BD, I think Shaun, if it's really him, is doing damage control. Nothing more.

Jennifer-Lynn said...

Could be, AP. It just sounds fishy. I mean, anyone with access to a computer could have found out this stuff. Damn, they even talked about it on the news, when IM said in response to the charges "My mistakes are my mistakes."

I didn't watch the interview where he said that (pinky swore CK I wouldn't) but does anyone else remember that?

kristin said...

MWoP just put up a new post - his "findings" on IM and CI's response to it.

Jennifer-Lynn said...

Wow, I sounded heated there. Not directed at you, AP.

Jennifer-Lynn said...

Kristin:

Just read it. One of a handful of times that I've been to MWOP. Curious.

Lisa said...

No worries, BD, I know. It *is fishy.

Angie said...

BD, I agree. It makes Compassion seem unprofessional and shady. Shaun Groves should never had stuck his head up at MWOP.

kristin said...

It is fine that you disagree SMH - I am just saying that I do not think that anyone from MWoP would threaten his family and I don't agree that he needed to include that little barb in there.

kristin said...

damn - I did it again!

Angie said...

Hmmmm, ammunition for the Fersher-is-MWOP theory?

Fersher said: "Sorry, guys, but I'm gonna give Shaun the benefit of the doubt. He had every reason to believe Compassion's vetting process would work; it didn't. This is in no way his fault. He appears to me to be just as taken aback by all of this as we are. I think his acknowledgement is very forthcoming and, honestly, WAY more than he owes this blog. Along with Israel, I'm guessing that Mck won't be invited on any more trips herself. Also, I'm not here to argue, just voice my opinion. I've been with all of these anit-Mck blogs since their inceptions and I can tell you right now that Shaun's e-mail is probably going to be the closest thing to redemption that us "naysayers" will ever get. ENJOY IT!"

Lindsay said...

The whole thing is *entirely fishy. I'm loving all the cloak and dagger stuff, though. I'm a nerd.

SW - I was kind of thinking that, too :) And the comment in the last thread where fersher asks if the moderator is reading any of this. I thought that was weird.

Margo said...

Damn, I'm not sure what to think anymore.

BD - chicken paprikash - are you hungarian?

Robin in Montana said...

And do you have recipes, BD?

Angie said...

OMG, according to MWOP, someone posted SG's apology/explanation on Mck's BF! Where the hell is my sponsor????

No replies yet, SW.

Jennifer-Lynn said...

RiM: I do. I can post them a little later, if you'd like.

Margaret, I am not. I just appreciate the dish. :)

Lindsay said...

Eh. Kind of anti-climactic. You aren't missing anything SW. I promise. I kind of thought it would have it's own discussion not as an add-on to an existing SG discussion. It's not worth giving up your sobriety for :)

Lindsay said...

Alrighty - this has been a fun and worthless day for me. Must go get the kids and get back to reality. I'll check in later :)

Margo said...

The whole part about IM being forgiven makes me want to barf - it wasn't that long ago. Furthermore just last week JM was talking about pedos being forgiven - what about the priests. Hiding behind God and religion pisses me off!

Lisa said...

I just checked BF...Lindsay is right, it's nothing exciting. One point SG is missing is that if you are still being treated for your problems, it's not in the past. It's still current.

Angie said...

Lordy, I love how some MWOP posters call him "The Shaun." Fersher sure is buying into his explanation and defending him.

"No, Kaylee, I think that Shaun was supposed to be given IM's file for final approval if there were any questions. That didn't happen. Shaun cannot be faulted for this one."

Hello? It's called shit rolls downhill so blame a low-level employee when you eff up. I don't *know that's what happened, but I don't have any reason to give The Shaun the benefit of the doubt.

Actually, I'm not doing good. T-Mobile can't get our billing right and keeps turning off our phones for failing to pay, except it is paid. We've called each mother, faxed proof each month, still happening. We've been dealing with this since October. Does anyone have any ideas on who I can call, outside agencies, to get this resolved? I'm thinking our PSC, Attorney General's office, FCC, FTC...any better ideas?

Lisa said...

"called each mother"?? That was a Freudian slip if ever I made one. We've called each *month.

The Sandy is good today. I hate dealing with cell phone companies. They suck. Cable companies are right up there too.

The AP - T-mobile sent us to collections for not paying a bill we *most certainly did pay. And now 5 years later, it is still on my credit report as being unpaid. I gave up and they won. Which is dumb of me, but they are the stupidest bunch of people I've ever dealt with. The end.

The AP or TAP - I am sorry for your frustration - what about changing companies?

Sorry if you already answered that, I'm catching up.

Just jumping in again...still not caught up. Went to the grocery AP...fresh basil on special for 99 cents, a POUND of fresh mozz on sale for $5. Too bad I have to clean up the kitchen before I can start cookin'. I went to GFS this afternoon to get disposable foil pans, too (so my sister doesn't have to worry about doing dishes). She has been at the hospital since 6 am and STILL no baby. She is not a happy camper.

Amy said...

...off to clean up. THE AP has a nice ring to it. ;)

kristin said...

Hey Amy! Enjoy!

Hope you are doing well!

I just posted something like this on MWOP but will here too..

If The Shaun KNEW about the charges because IM was so forthcoming with them then why in the hell didnt he notice that he didnt get a CBC about him on his desk? Shouldnt that be part of the checklist before the trip?

The Margaret is watching 20/20 where they are interviewing the people from the bachelor - I thought 20/20 was a news program?

Margo said...

now they are touring secret hide-aways in the bachelor mansion...

Where is everyone else?

Angie said...

OMG Margaret. I'm embarrassed for ABC.

Angie said...

And now I'm watching it. So am embarrassed for myself.

I just got back from having Indian food with my friend. I left a clue on my blog regarding what I was explaining to her, if anybody's interested.

kristin said...

I'm watching too SW!

Just went to your blog and I don't see anything - I only see your January entry.

Angie said...

Try it now, Kristin.

kristin said...

You didn't mention your engagement? lol

Was she thoroughly confused?

Angie said...

Actually she followed it quite well. And I must say, after laying it all out like that, I felt less bad for having spent so much time and energy on it for the last eight months. It really is pretty interesting, you know?

kristin said...

Very much so!

I commented, SW :)

I'm watching a movie called "World's Greatest Dad" with Robin Williams. I usually don't like Robin Williams, but this movie is dark, and good.

Angie said...

I haven't heard of that movie, Bella. How old is it?

Anonymous said...

2009. I think it is sort of an "indie" film.

I stopped watching 20/20, then found a show on the hobbit brain and flipped between that and intervention.

Night Kristin!

Margo said...

SW I checked out your org chart then feasted on your pics of lemon delight, soup with my maiden initials in it and pickeled eggs. Set a place at the table for me please!
