Happy Birthday, Corinne!
We chipped in and bought you a new bra for your birthday! We aren't sure exactly what it does but whatever it is, it'll be special. Just like you. ;-)

I had a blast reading and catching up from today - and reading the new blogs gmwop and the burger queen one - HILL-arious!
I'm tired... took Megan and b/f and Riley and Tay shopping all day - got 4 tank tops from Gabriel Bros for $1 each! Patti got a jersey for $1.99! Um, thats all I have! Oldest grandson's first baseball (T-ball and then coach pitched) game is tomorrow night and we will be there rooting him on!

Elisabeth - I'm so sorry you got a nasty e-mail. Even if your brother was getting disability with the bills he already has and him not being able to work he would still need help. I'm not only happy we could do what we did I hope we can do a "new to you" auction in June to help him some more. Please try and put it our of your mind :)

Margaret - exactly what I am wearing to work today - it is so gorgeous here, I don't want to be inside.
Me neither Deb! I have to have some surgery on my foot VERY minor but this weather has got me to thinking I need to do it before pool/beach time. So I'm going in today.
PS. I love the fact that you were separated by your children yet a person on the no-fly list was able to board a plane. Mad props to the TSA!

As much as I dislike the TSA, I believe it is the airline's responsibility to flag the names on reservations to the no fly list.
Deb the TSA just got wind that you hang out with a group of vile Daisies and that is why you were detained.

we are on the last of our wood. but the pellet stove is working. i'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed that it continues to work out the dust in the auger. then we can just use up the pellet bags we didn't use this winter.

Not that all for shooting people, but this is pretty cool.
Who am I kidding? I love me a sniper! Berry Pepper, as the scripture quoting sniper in "Saving Private Ryan" solidified my love for a good kill shot.

The "killed him outright" part didn't impress you? I think that means he didn't suffer. What about the part where they describe him as a "machine-gunner"? It's not like he was standing around drinking coffee and smoking a cigarette.

Elisabeth - late on this, just home from work. I am in a foul, foul mood after working so hard to help people who are going through the devastation that Chris and you have been through and then to read what some asswipe sent you.
Know in your heart that the Daisies gave from their hearts and embrace you both. It makes me sick that someone would attack you in such a stupid, boiler plate, vile way.
I take a bow to your righteous anger. We would all be blessed in our time of such crisis that Chris and you have/are going through to have a sister like you.
I know it is frowned on, but right now I do not give a shit.
