Not sure who wff is though.

Yep. I'm with SW.

EL- wrong person

Anonymous said...

LT is going to be ok - thanks for asking.

twirldawg said...

LT glad you are going to be ok.

KaytieJ said...

LT = Margaret? I got it right off the bat! You sneak (g) Damn! I was worried about you girl - thought you were really across the pond because of your family in England. Hmmmpph!

Nilia said...

Oh my God I am so confused.

Angie said...

Oh crap. Just realized I haven't made my weekly call to Mom yet. I'll be back after an hour of listening to how her garden is growing! :-)

kristin said...

LT - glad to hear it. You had me worried.

KaytieJ said...

Oh good heavens Taiya...stride right in, they are harmless. I am living proof. They did not slay me when I was on the wagon (g)

Did you find out about a breast pump yet?

Erin said...

Sorry wff! Any clues?
FT- me too!

Anonymous said...

::Passing SW a Diet Pepsi b/c I know she really wants one::

I'm confused as all get out. LOL

It's nice to *see our friend on the other side of the pond.

I almost spit Diet Pepsi on my already broken computer with Wacka Flocka Flame.

Other than that I got nothing.

Girl child is at her very first sleep over.

Boy child and I will be settling in with a snuggle and a story.

Anonymous said...

Sorry about that - I thought you knew it was me :)

T@iy@ said...

KaytieJ- totally kidding. I really don't believe anyone here is vile. I was surveying to try to decide who was who. Or whom. Or something.

No. I know what I am going to get, just haven't gone to get it yet. The store is about 45 minutes away, so I have just avoided it.

Anyone have a breech baby, or and ECV?

KaytieJ said...

Sandy - That is so awesome that your girl is on her first sleep over!

I am totally confused too. But having much fun. DH and 3 teen boys are off ATVing, fishing and Skeet Shooting with a bunch of other teens and dads. After staying up with them until 3am AND them breaking my power chord and mashing keyboard, I told DH they were all his!

Anonymous said...

My DH is blowing off steam with his friends tonight - nothing makes that man happier than roasting a pig!

kristin said...

oh Taiya, I totally giggled at frogs/crabs :)

twirldawg said...

Wacka Flocka is going to grab his pimp cup and hit up the Atlanta clubs.

T@iy@ said...

Me, too, msntgal! haha So did the other person in the aisle with us a the store. :)

Anonymous said...

I did not know you could get a ticket for car tint being too dark - why are they even allowed to sell those cars?

Anonymous said...

What is a pimp cup...or do I not want to know?

Nilia said...

Anybody here drive a Honda Pilot? I want one.

KaytieJ said...

Taiya - I had an Emergency CS and nearly everday thank God for it, because my son and I would both be dead. I read that you can not have a spinal though and need to go general. I do not have personal experience with that, just Professional (non L&D).

Nilia said...

... must ... resist ... Googling ... pimp ... cup ..

Anonymous said...

LT it is illegal in some areas. Some tinting is okay but if it's too dark, that's a no no.

I think I may know who WFF is.

Anonymous said...

Don't do it FT.

WFF...give us a hint.

twirldawg said...

Kay- I'm drinking Barefoot Moscato

Christy- a pimp cup is for drinking your pimp juice.

T@iy@ said...

LT- I had a friend who got back from Iraq and bought a lifted truck. He drove it for a few weeks, then got pulled over. His truck was 2 inches taller than the legal limit. He bought it from a dealer. He got the ticket, though.

Anonymous said...

I should be hitting da club as I'm going back to work FT on Monday :(

Amy said...

Do I even want to know what pimp juice *is?

Anonymous said...

Thanks Jill...totally had my mind in the gutter with that one.

Erin said...

WFF- well, that leaves 3 to choose from.

OT- it is 88 degrees here. About 210 in my house though.

Nilia said...

I am learning SO much here! Will there be an exam and a degree at some point?

Let's see how it will look:

French Teacher
B.A., B.Ed., MSc.Ed., B.F.V.*

*Bachelor of Flowerpot Vileness

KaytieJ said...

LT - In certain places it is illegal to have them too dark. When we were in San Fran, that was the law. Not sure now. The reasoning behind it is that the police want to be able to see into the car in case there are weapons - and I do not blame them.

Anonymous said...

Jill- I'm having a Miller Lite. I poured it in a glass too. I'm not using my good crystal though. Making next time. That's pretty classy for such a vile person who usually drinks Schlitz.

twirldawg said...

<---- WFF

Being a rapper is exhausting, so I had to change back.

Erin said...

ew. Pimp juice.

Nilia said...

LOL Jill!

Erin said...

Nice, Jill. Nice.

Anonymous said...

OMG Jill...good one!

twirldawg said...

Pimp juice is typically a mixture of grape koolaide and some liquor.

I know more about gangster culture than maybe I should.

T@iy@ said...

Kaytie- they don't like to do general anesthesia (this via the OB) because it gets to the baby, can cause complications, and I have never had it. They don't like to try it on a mother who hasn't had it if they can avoid it because they wouldn't want me to have a reaction to it. As far as she explained it. I have an ultrasound this week and they said we will do a version if she is still breech. i was just curious.

KaytieJ said...

:::staring at my mug 'o wine::: Sigh. OK, I will put into a wine glass, just for you Sandy, my tube top beer holder sister :-D

Anonymous said...

Thanks Kaytie.

Does having a Master Degree make you uneducated?

KaytieJ said...

OMG Jill - That was Awesome! Quick, Sandy, revive her with a Schlitz! And just for good measure, here is a glass of Chris' BD wine to refresh you!

twirldawg said...

Pouring one for my homies.

Anonymous said...

"Sippin on gin and juice"

KaytieJ said...

Taiya - you lost me with L&D lingo of "version" I do not know what that is? If you are breech, and cannot do epidural and they do not want to do general, then what are your options?

Anonymous said...

cavasia, yea

T@iy@ said...

Umm... has anyone tried the whipped cream that is 36 proof? Because I was pretty impressed by this product.

T@iy@ said...

A version is a procedure they will try to do to flip the baby. They give you something to relax your uterus so it doesn't contract, then they manually kind of push the baby around.

Anonymous said...

I love being put to sleep, just sayin.

Anonymous said...

Why can't you have an epidural?

KaytieJ said...

Sandy - Not sure where that question is coming from? Do you have a Masters? My personal opinion is no, but it is given without knowing reference.

Anonymous said...

Boy child wanted to watch a movie before bedtime snuggle and story. Said child is now sleeping. He had a busy day doing manly garage things.

Need to put child to bed and I think I will try and watch a movie.

Night Ladies.

KaytieJ said...

Nite Sandy!

Taiya - I am L&D ignorant, but if they can do that, it would be wonderful, no?

T@iy@ said...

I had a freak illness when I was 19 involving my spine. They are afraid they could blow out my spine or cause the weirdness again with an epidural. I wouldn't want one for natural birth, anyway, but it would be handy for c-sections.

Nilia said...

LT: I had an epidural for vaginal birth, but a spinal block for C-section. They freeze different parts. With an epidural you can still walk around,in fact it's encouraged. With a spinal you are dead from the chest down.

Maybe the Masters reference was for me? I'm not sure.

T@iy@ said...

Kaytie- definitely! Uncomfortable, but I definitely wouldn't care if she is breech and she did flip!

Nilia said...

Whoops, maybe I misunderstood the question.

Erin said...

How many weeks are you again taiya?

T@iy@ said...

I am 36. They weren't sure if she was still breech at my last appt. and want to just check this week. I just like to be educated about things so i have been looking into the options the OB gave me. She might not even be breech still.

Erin said...

My son turned late. I thought I was in labor! One week he was breech, one week later he was not.

Angie said...

I didn't make it an hour on my Mom conversation this week. Things in the garden are good. Dad plowed today and Mom weeded the blackberry row. Dad is 80 and Mom is 73. Searching for things to talk about, I asked her what she thought about the oil situation. She lives in southern Alabama and our state will likely be affected. So the first thing she said was *not how tragic it is for the wildlife or anything sympathetic like that, but how awful it was that some fishermen have already sued BP. "Because really, they should be suing GOD. It *blew up! It's not like BP had anything to do with it!"

That, folks, is what happens when you watch too much Fox News. (And IMHO, any is too much.) ::ducking from tomatoes from our conservative Daisies::

T@iy@ said...

I am really hoping she has/will turn on her own or during the version if I have to have it. I can't really tell how she is. She is such a mover there are times that it feels like she is just flipping end over end. Such as right now. :)

T@iy@ said...

All i have is some fritos. ::half-heartedly tosses Fritos at SW:: I don't really care if you don't like Fox news. Just felt like I should make an attempt, since I am in that category of Daisy. :)

Angie said...

Taiya, I was going to call you out by name, but thought that could be construed as vile, so I resisted the urge. ::catching Fritos and popping them in mouth::

Anonymous said...

Well SW..bless her heart :)

I'm pretty conservative, but I don't think you can blame God for that. And I don't watch Fox news.

T@iy@ said...

You can call me out. I don't mind. I just might go start a website about how vile and disgusting you are. No worries.

Hi All. Checking in from the craptastic desktop. Only took me 3 minutes to load the page this time!!

Good news! A computer dude friend of my Mom's is coming to pick up the laptop tomorrow. He thinks he knows what's going on, says he can most likely recover the info, then restore it to factory settings.

Bad news? It's going to cost us $150, assuming there's no parts needed. And I won't have it back until mid-late next week.

I'm celebrating and crying all at the same time. Mr. Tara was planning to go on a retreat in a couple of weeks with church and we had to pay for it this weekend. We don't have extra for both, so we feel torn. I REALLY want him to go, it would be great for him right now. The laptop may have to wait.

Shannon said...

So today in this little city there have been some interesting sights....Like the town is FULL of tourists, driving like idiots and taking pics of everything. We have the marathon tomorrow so peeps from all over are here.

Josh and I also got to see a "motorcycle" gang of about 30 guys....they werent really motorcycles but instead Vespas.

My daughter and I got to see a woman in a bright vibrant, rather Margaret Thatcher style red dress, pumps, and a nicely brimmed hat. Catch was it most definitely was NOT a woman...this "lady" was sporting a rather long and full beard. Now I have no problem with tranny's but it is my personal opinion that when dressed as a woman you should not be sporting a full beard.

And our street is full of cars....I think someone is having a marathon party :)

Shannon said...

Tara at least you found someone who can fix it...even if it has to wait it can be fixed.

KaytieJ said...

Mulie! I have missed your Dweets and have been worried sick at your survival of the arrival of monster child! You missed the masquerade party and me falling off the wagon, but it is all good! How the heck are you?

SW: You have that one nailed down to a Tee, and you know what? It would be worth the ride. You are both good souls.

T@iy@ said...

Shannon- we saw a guy parked in front of the grocery store on the walkway directly next to the building (He was driving a BMW, of *course he had the right) and was sitting in his car, windows open, on his oxygen tank, smoking a cigarette.

Muliebrity said...

I had a beotch try and run me and my 2 hand holding babies over, in front of Target today. She was driving a BMW too. I don't think she thought the stop sign was for her.

Muliebrity said...

She finally had to stop when she thought her car might be hit by a giant red cart. I then took the time to loudly point the stop sign out to her. I was in a mood.

T@iy@ said...

Probably not, Mulie. The same rules don't apply. ::nods::

I was going to mention to him that smoking while on the oxygen tank could increase the likelihood of him going ::BOOM:: but figured that he didn't care or would think that it didn't apply to him.

T@iy@ said...

What? You were in a mood after someone tried to run you and your 3 babies over? I can't imagine why.

Lisa said...

::stomps on a butterfly::

How was that?

::::weeps openly and profusely at the vileness::::

Lisa said...

Did you find out about a breast pump yet?

May I have that when she's done with it? I have one that needs milked.

Angie said...

Well, if the guy went boom, you'd think my Mom would say it was God's fault, because we all know only God causes explosions. But she doesn't like smokers, so she wouldn't blame God for that.

Shannon said...

WOOOOHOOOO EL IS NOW VILE!!!! SHE MADE SOMEONE CRY!!!!

Mulie I probably woulda kicked the bitches car...glad you and littles were ok.

Taiya I have seen people like that guy before puffin with their tank on.

T@iy@ said...

Ha @ SW. Well, of course. His wife should immediately sue. She would for sure win.

Shannon said...

SW that with your mom and God blowing up the oil rig was just too funny....she been watching fox and robertson?

Muliebrity said...

I just screamed at her like a crazy person! I did't exactly scream, I would never go ape-shit on someone in front of my children, but I just talked to her in a loud tone and waived wildly at the stop sign. Her window was up, so I HAD to speak loudly, right?

T@iy@ said...

Okay, I can't stay up any longer. It was another long, but awesome, day!

Angie said...

She doesn't watch Robertson, Shannon, but she and Dad watch Fox. Do you think God uses a detonator when he blows up oil rigs, or goes all flashy and uses lightening?

Angie said...

Night Taiya!

kristin said...

night taiya!

KaytieJ said...

Tara - that would be a hard decision ((())) I am glad your found someone to fix it, though!

Shannon - After living in San Fransisco, and seeing so many Trans, and with my work, I have not seen Trans unshaven. They have so much pride.
My friends and I loved going to the "gay" bars in Seattle and dancing when single, after the show times, the Trans would come out in their Cher like outfits and I would sit for hours talking with them. They were gorgeous and so much fun to talk with! And honestly, it was the safest place for us straight girls to hang out at, we would dance, laugh and talk and not have to worry about being molested and picked up. Good times, good times!

Muliebrity said...

Taiya, I can not for the life of me remember where I read that ECV article! Have you read any of the man-nurse diaries yet? It might have been on there a few weeks ago. He talks a lot about birthing.

Muliebrity said...

Or....Good night, Taiya!

T@iy@ said...

The what? Never heard of it, Mulie. No worries. I am not even sure that I will need the ECV. i was just kind of educating myself about it and asking around. I am doing my yoga poses and praying that she has/will turn! I am not going to worry too much more about it until I have my ultrasound and we find out what is up.

PJ said...

SW - I think God uses a detonator. Cause he's the big Terminator in the Sky, you know.

Causes mines to explode, tsunamis, cancer, SIDS, all of that.

Muliebrity said...

http://mannursediaries.blogspot.com/

I'm going to look through the site and see if it's there. Where ever it was I read it, it was VERY informative.

Erin said...

Shannon- sorry, that was not me. Although i wish it was. I taking a shower since it is still 88 freakin' degrees.

Lisa said...

Catching up, SW, your mom sounds so much like mine! The minute it turned chilly this Winter she very smugly says, "So much for all that global warming the liberals are always going on about!" I bet that's something yours would come out with, too.

Jake had a white trash incident...he's headed home with his step-sister and her husband, plus their beagle, the same freakishly normal ones to come out of that trashy family when her sister and sisters baby decide they also want to come along and be dropped off where she lives with her boyfriend just north of Atlanta. That? Is a loaded car. They got to within 10 minutes of where she lives when she gets into a monumental blow-out with her boyfriend on the phone, breaks up with him and insists she (and the baby) must be taken back to TN so they can live with Jake's dad and his wife. After trying for an hour to convince her otherwise and step-brother-in-law trying to talk boyfriend and get him to apologize or something...anything...boyfriend says he doesn't want "the bitch and her kid" back anyway. So, they have turned around and are now headed back to TN. I'm glad I'm home. :-D

Erin said...

Nevermind. I get it. Someone is crying cuz of my damned smushed butterfly. it is hard to be vile when your brain is melting. ::kicks a bunny::

Muliebrity said...

I believe cell phones lead to the break ups of more couples then any other technology. How did couples ever fight before cell phones? Now you can pick a fight with your SO 24/7!

Lisa said...

Erin, so sorry you've got a hot house, too. If you have to deal with this all summer, might I recommend Dr. Bronner's liquid peppermint soap? It's lovely when you get too hot.

Karen, I'll go take care of the pictures in a bit...thanks! Oooh, baby kitties. :-)

Lisa said...

Mulie, I never thought about that but you may be right. Too much accessibility is a bad thing.

Muliebrity said...

So why do I do so well on my anti-consumerism lifestyle and then go and do something dumb like buy the most beautiful Coach diaper bag you have ever seen?

Erin said...

AP- will look into that. I hate putting in the AC early. It was so damn cold last week I had on long johns. Silk ones at that. Now, I am *seriously thinking about sleeping outside where is is *slightly cooler.

Lisa said...

Mulie, I have no answers for that. All I know is, you need to be pregnant 4 more times in order to get your money's worth out of it. :-D

PJ said...

Just don't be getting any poo on that diaper bag, there Mulie.

Erin said...

Mulie- because it is totally irresponsible to have a baby and *not have that bag. Duh. ;)
Consider it your reward for pushing it out!

Angie said...

Ohhh, Mulie! Share a pic?

AP, does that mean you'll get a full night's sleep before Jake gets home? Cause that would be a silver lining to the white trash break-up!

KaytieJ said...

Oh good grief, poor Jake. To be immersed in all that drama :-(

Lisa said...

Erin, this is the stuff. http://www.drbronner.com/DBMS/PEP.htm It's the strongest peppermint soap I've found and seriously will cool you down. It feels good to soak your feet in it, too.

Angie said...

I am such a diaper bag whore too! I have at least 5 of them and have sold a couple of other diaper bags. My sister and I went to the Coach outlet today to get my mom a wallet for Mother's Day and I just had to get it! It was like a siren calling to me! I was so giddy after getting it, I attempted to do the Running Man. I feel so dirty.

Lisa said...

SW, he won't be home until tomorrow night now, maybe even Monday morning. Kaytie, right now he's rather amused by it all but that's going to wear off fast. He'll be a little bitch by the time he gets home!

Erin said...

Thank you AP. You're so vile, and all. Being so mean looking out for all the Daisies ;)

Lisa said...

Bah, global warming is a bastard, SW.

A diaper bag whore...lol! For some reason, that strikes me very funny.

Angie said...

OMG, Mulie! That's gorgeous! Totally justifiable.

Erin said...

Hey FT- I do believe it was *you who not only outbid me, but flipped me off on the way past! ;)

KaytieJ said...

Oh shinola? You talkin' Crafts4Chris FT? :::donning my aluminum foil shiny side out wrist bracelets:::

Muliebrity said...

Here's the thing, I never cared about labels, until I became BFFs with a friend in Maryland who was a label freak.

I actually feel fake carrying around Coach stuff around here, because this is a hardworking town, but the median salary is pretty low. I always get complements on my Coach bags (yes, I have several), but I feel like I am encouraging people to send money they don't have on things just to impress others. It's not like I am rich or can really "afford" certain things.

Muliebrity said...

I just forgot all about my personal beliefs when standing in front of that beautiful display.

Nilia said...

Mulie, that's a *sweet bag. I have a few coach pieces, couple of purses, wristlets, makeup that sort of thing. Coach makes such great colours but then when I'm ready to purchase and go chicken and buy a beige or black combination something. Loving that pink, though.

Nilia said...

Mulie: all my Coach pieces are either gifts of factory-priced. Those full prices are scary, and I don't have that kind of money for a purse. I'm kind of hard on my purses and set them on the floor *all the time. Right now I have a Roots bag I wear across the chest, love it, hands-free, stays flat and has a pocket *perfect for a BlackBerry. I don't use my Coach often because where would I use it? But I do love my Coach and keep everything in the original boxes. Do you do that too?

Kaytie: oh it's like *that, is it?? :-D

Muliebrity said...

My wallet and purse are both brown and I have a black white and camel trimmed larger bag. I was able to buy everything from a Navy Base (at least 20% off retail), most on clearance, no sales tax, plus an additional 5-30% off. I also bought some and resold them on ebay. That's how I made the money for the bags I kept for myself.

Nilia said...

gifts OR factory-priced

KaytieJ said...

Mulie - it is lovely.

Muliebrity said...

I didn't get boxes from the Navy base, but I keep them in the dust bags. I forgot that I also have a Coach swing pack too, but I got it in the "scribble" fabric, so it has pastel colors.

Muliebrity said...

I have an awesome factory store near me, anyone feel free to let me know if you want something. They have really great prices!

Nilia said...

I went to Grove City in January with my BFF from high school, major shopping trip we had such a good time. And of *course we stopped in at Coach. I could have blown thousands there, easily. I only bought 2 things and they were gifts. The Coach in Toronto is crazy-priced. And why aren't the prices obvious? Why must I open every single purse to find out if I can afford it or not?

Nilia said...

I can't remember the price of the keychain it was crazy. I have a Coach keychain (gift) that I love, but I don't think I'll be buying one myself any time soon. The small items are disproportionately expensive I find. Like the keychains, wallets, etc.
