Yay! It's a gorgeous day today...sunny and cool.

Anonymous said...

good morning everyone :)

Afternoon ladies

Lisa said...

SW, I'm sorry! I'll go resize the kitten pic now and they'll be up at 6!

Corinne, I'm sorry your grandma isn't better but I hope they can continue keeping her as comfortable as possible.

Heather, it's good to see you again and yes, hibiscuses are very hard to kill. I've pretty much settled them for my hedge.

Kaytie, you feeling better today?

Elisabeth, enjoy your weekend at home!

Sandy said...

Morning/Afternoon Ladies!

Sandy said...

Really all I said was Morning/Afternoon Ladies. I can't believe I killed it with that. ::stomping away with Schlitz keg and pork rinds::

Angie said...

You didn't kill it Sandy. It was already dead. Nobody's here today, and I'm pouting until 6:00 about the kitten thing.

Anonymous said...

It's dead today. I'm watching Food network and someone is making a ricotta pizza. A woman who weighs about 95 lbs is making a triple cheese ricotta pizza. Oh, the irony.

Shannon said...

Damn everyone goes into hiding as I catch up?

Anonymous said...

I'm here, watching a skinny girl make a chubby girl pizza on TV.

Shannon said...

Nice I like me some chubby pizza :)

I am watching NatGeo with ones and stuff

I am however ticked as we drove downtown through all the idiot drunk college students to get the Voodoo and they were freaking CLOSED!!!! Freaking 930 and they were closed. I think it was just a teaser opening.

twirldawg said...

Not hiding, just have nothing interesting to say.

I want a chubby girl pizza now.

Lisa said...

Pass that pizza and the Schlitz keg. I'm here, just doing a ton of housework and laundry, plus getting ready to resize some pictures so SW won't stop loving me. Any big gossip in the blog world this morning?

KaytieJ said...

Morning Daisies!

Jill - Your TA day sounded really nice. To all the teachers here, your are awesome and much appreciated!

Corinne - Sorry there is not improvement in your grandma's condition, but it is good she was able to get some sleep. I hope they can continue to keep her comfortable ((()))

SW - Phew! Relieved to hear a curse, I was starting to get nervous :-D We have a reputation to uphold here. (I really wanted to see the kitties, too).

Shannon - BUMMER!
For as you know, "The Magic is in the Hole" Notice the BACON maple bar :-D
http://voodoodoughnut.com/menu.php

Shannon said...

FUCK I hate it when I over do the back space and end up with no comment and three pages back LOL

So what kind of internet gossip would you like AP?

I just went and got the house picked back up from last night...amazingly enough the people that DONT live here were better about picking stuff up then those who live here.

Shannon said...

That bacon maple bar is freaking delicious!!! I guess they dont have hours worked out yet so there may still be hope for me to get some yummy!!!

KaytieJ said...

AP - We can make up some gossip (eg)

PJ said...

Boris, how are we going to steal car from moose and squirrel?

PJ said...

Boris Badenov: Ah, it good to be back on campus.
Natasha Fatale: Boris, you went to college? Penn State?
Boris Badenov: No, state pen.

Shannon said...

I knew it the rumor was true CK took over the KGB!!!

KaytieJ said...

Passing Boris some Chubby Pizza

KaytieJ said...

Passing Skinny Bitch Natasha a Bacon Maple Bar.

Shannon said...

She may need an oreo doughnut too....but then it might make her sick so she may need a pepto but then she will e good again and can have cap'n crunch

PJ said...

I'd prefer Swirl of Squirrel.

KaytieJ said...

AP - How is your TN property?

Lisa said...

"So what kind of internet gossip would you like AP?"

Oh, I'm not particular...whatcha got? Or, like Kaytie said, we could just make some up. I'm good either way.

It's a blah day. Anyone else having a blah day? Not bad, not good, just *there?

Anonymous said...

It's almost one o'clock and I am still in my pajama pants. If that's wrong, I don't want to be right.

Robin in Montana said...

G'morning (for 8 more minutes) all.

Nothing exciting here today either. All 4 girls have friggin' dance dress rehearsal, and they are all currently out of the house and it feels like there was a hairspray and glitter explosionn And apparently not one kid is capable of picking up one item of clothing or wet towel.

Went to the gym, and have had my friggin' protein shake for breakfast and lunch. What I really want to do is pound down a bag of Cheetos with a nice cold beer.:-D

Anonymous said...

AP, it's a blah day here, too. It's cold outside, my cleaning is done, and I slept too late. I'm considering going out for a bit, but just considering it.

There's no blog gossip. The good gossip grabbed her ball and went home...for now.

Robin in Montana said...

So it looks like FLOP is still down? And has this been hashed out and I just missed it? Any theories on who is behind GMWOP and the BK blogs?

PJ said...

Got nothing
::spoken in a thick Russian accent::

Shannon said...

I am having one of those days AP.

Well Fwop is gone...either due to GMWOP or Jackie...either way its good :)

I have to question the sexuality of my husband every Friday night because he is so handsie with is friend....dont ever tell him I said that he isnt reading it so he doesnt need to know LOL

Ummmm I am gonna start the rumor again that Taiya is having little Eeq......

Maybe another that SW is pregnant with AP's baby

Angie said...

My day isn't too blah, AP. I tried to sleep late, which was awesome. Except that it tormented my cats, who in turn tormented me, who intermittently sat upright in bed and screamed, "I'm going to beat you to death with a pillow if you don't stop doing that!" "That" being scratching on anything that makes noise trying to get me out of bed. Fortunately, the cats stayed out of arm's reach so none were in fact beaten to death with a pillow.

When I gave up on sleep, I went and got my favorite Saturday breakfast -- huervos rancheros, and brought that to work where I am now. Today's task is cleaning my desk, which is completely out of hand.

KaytieJ said...

Feeling better, gorgeous day out, but just puttering around catching up on dishes, laundry. Went out to collect eggs this morning since I missed it 2 days. 42, yes Fourty Two eggs! Dang, those were some busy chicks.

Anonymous said...

I just imagined a baby being born, wearing only a Peter Pan collar.

Anonymous said...

Kaytie, what the heck are you going to do with 42 eggs!?

Angie said...

Robin, love the imagery of a glitter explosion! Do all four girls get along well?

FLOP's still down, at least for now! I expect they'll be back, and with a vengeance. I imagine their paralegal advisor is working hard on it as we speak.

Angie said...

Bite your tongues re me and AP having a baby! We can put Peter Pan collars on the cats.

Angie said...

Good question re the eggs, Kaytie. What does one do with 42 eggs? Have an omelet party?

PJ said...

Egg Salad? Deviled Eggs?

Hi SW and KaytieJ.

Anonymous said...

All right, I'm going to tag along to Lowes. I might get a Frosty out of the deal, so it's worth the gamble.

twirldawg said...

Mmmmm, deviled eggs.

The FW0P twitter is gone now too.

KaytieJ said...

Bella - hard boil 'em for work, Angel Food Cake, Breakfast Burritos...I just don't remember them laying so much last year. Yowza!

SW - Oh the visual - Peter Pan collars on cats. I do think that is the better choice :-D

Robin - Your daughter must be feeling much better - good news!

Angie said...

Hiya back CK!

You know, if we talk about burritos more, we might be able to lure BD back from vacation.

T@iy@ said...

SW! You sweet, sweet thing you!! :::Smooches::

Shannon said...

SW I want to start rumors and gossip dammit...how can I do this if you deny my lies???

Anonymous said...

Ck - did you see Betty White is hosting SNL tonight. Didn't the two of you play together as kids?

My daughter was on fire today on the soccer field. Best I've ever seen her!

PJ said...

SW - yes, play along. Slap a peter pan collar on a re-born doll and you're ready to go.

PJ said...

Margaret - nope, I actually babysat her. We called her Betsy then.

Angie said...

Taiya, stop! You're making AP jealous! ;-)

T@iy@ said...

Thank you very much, SW. You made my whole day *awesome! I was having a great day, and I didn't think it could get better. :D

T@iy@ said...

AP can duke it out with me when I am Florida this fall. ha :)

T@iy@ said...

RF- I wanted to tell you I got the sweater! :) So adorable. i am crossing the fingers that one of my besties who is pregnant right now has a boy!

PJ said...

KaytieJ - off to have some eggs for lunch. With toasted ciabatta bread and a side of squirrel.

Angie said...

Margaret and CK, LOL! It's a good thing we golden girls can laugh about our advanced age, isn't it, CK?

Angie said...

You're welcome, Taiya!

PJ said...

Boris (The Mole) is out shooting the squirrel as we speak.

Lisa said...

CK, the name...lol!

"Well Fwop is gone...either due to GMWOP or Jackie...either way its good :)"

Who is Jackie? Don't be throwing new names into the mix without an explanation!

Taiya, I'm not going to fight you. I don't fight. :-P

And SW and I are not having babies. No, no, no. I do like the idea of peter pan collars on the cats, though. *eyes Tucker*

And I'm glad it's not just me having a blah day...I swear, it's dragging and I can't settle enough to accomplish much.

PJ said...

I believe it was Margaret who brought up the KGB idea. Is my intelligence accurate on that one?

PJ said...

Margaret - are you *now our elder stateswoman?

Shannon said...

OOOOOPS Sorry AP.

The last comment on Flop was this: "Now that there is a name there are also in laws. She wants to bring kids in, fine. Her game. I think we can play it too.

And while we're at it, everyone's spouse is now fair game. Anyone who posts on Daisy is up for grabs.

FWOP you rock."

I had to know who the vile twatrocket was who would do or say something like that so I clicked over to the site and it said Jacki(e). Dont have a clue who she is but she sure has an angry and hateful place in her heart for anything Daisy.

T@iy@ said...

My hubs and I went breast pump shopping today. Woot. :)

Shannon said...

Me and my hubs are going shopping soon.....but not for breast pumps :)

PJ said...

Shannon, ask and you shall receive.

PJ said...

EL, are you here?

KaytieJ said...

CK - No wonder Betsy turned out to be such a funny lady!

Taiya - Hello! Now what did SW go and do to make you so happy?

AP - Hope you aren't getting sick. That is how my day felt yesterday. ((()))

T@iy@ said...

I am the proud owner of a certain set of awesome flowery note cards. :)

T@iy@ said...

Shannon- Why is it be open season on Daisies family members?

KaytieJ said...

Oh that is right! Those were so pretty!

Shannon said...

Not sure really. Apparently because someone on FLOP decided to out CK and her husband everyone became fair game. Personally I believe this to be nothing more then a scare tactic.

Shannon said...

Ok well I am gonna go do the shopping thing I guess so my husband will quit buggin me and I can watch my damn model.

PJ said...

OMG, I've been outed?

Lisa said...

OMG, I have a husband and inlaws?

PJ said...

OMG, I have a life?

Lisa said...

CKGB, you win. :-D

Anonymous said...

I still don't get why fwop doesn't take up her beefs with the people she doesn't like and get it over with. This cat and mouse game is nonsense!

T@iy@ said...

ha. Well, that's nice, anyway. Glad someone thinks that it's cool to go after family. I have been lurking here and there the last few days but have been mostly cleaning, painting, visiting, and i didn't read all of the way back. Whatever, I really don't care. Was just curious. I caught that CK is a heinous criminal who is going to steal my identity or something. Which is obviously greatly concerning me.

PJ said...

Margaret, I see you are ignoring my question....

Lisa said...

I agree, Margaret, and why wouldn't anyone who has a problem with us just come here and say so? Eh, whatever. I'm more worried over a new puddle of water that came out of my washing machine.

Kaytie, I really hope I'm not getting sick, too. If I do, I'm blaming your ass.

PJ said...

taiya,
No worries - we're pretty tough. Besides, much of it isn't accurate.

T@iy@ said...

That was sarcasm, btw, just so everyone knows that I *don't think it's cool, and I am *not worried about you CK.

Anonymous said...

<------- is 41, not a cool or old. BGGB looked like KGB to me.

T@iy@ said...

Really, CK? You mean outing me as an internet bully might not be true? That's good, because I was worried about myself after fwop said it. :D

Erin said...

Yup- CK. Just caught up.

T@iy@ said...

Okay Robin/R2- I posted photos of my Mother's Day flowers!

I may also have thrown up a 3D ultrasound photo! :) Maybe. If anyone wants to check out Miss Chubby Cheeks Eeq. :)

PJ said...

Спасибо, EL.

Angie said...

LOL CK!

Taiya, Eeq is a cutie already! And your MD flowers are very pretty.

Erin said...

нет проблем

Anonymous said...

Little Eeq :)

Time for a nap - BBL

PJ said...

Ha, EL.

Erin said...

Taiya- love the chubby cheeks!

PJ said...

Taiya, all's good.

T@iy@ said...

It's a family trait. :) I had the chubbiest cheeks, and DD has the same one, and were more pronounced at birth.

KaytieJ said...

Margaret - WhooHoo at your girl and her great soccer game!

Taiya - Yes, you are so vile. Breast Pump shopping on a Saturday with *gasp* your husband :-D

AP - Blame away...that should start some good gossip :::chortle:::
Not good news about a new puddle from the washer, though. Do NOT, whatever you do, unscrew the hoses...let Ms. Arse do it :-D

Angie said...

<<--has chubby cheeks because of too much chubby girl pizza

Lisa said...

Taiya, is Eeq sucking her thumb? Is sure looks like it....so cute!

PJ said...

Margaret - I bow to you, oh young one...

T@iy@ said...

I just know her hand was in front of her face. Not sure if she was sucking her thumb. :)

PJ said...

Taiya - baby!!!!!!!

T@iy@ said...

I know Kaytie. I should be ashamed. :) Vile is me.

KaytieJ said...

Adorable Taiya! :::waving at Eeq:::

T@iy@ said...

Well, I wanted to stop in for a few minutes, but we are grilling (in the 42* rain) for Mother's Day for my Mom. Have to get going. Hope everyone has a great day!

KaytieJ said...

Have a fun one Taiya!
We're taking a break and watching "Quigley Down Under"

Anonymous said...

I'm back. We are going to make that ricotta pizza for dinner tonight. I swear, if I dropped cable, I could lose 10 lbs. Food Network sucks me right in, and if you miss something, you can look it up on their wonderful website. Boo!

Taiya, great photos! I heard breast pumps are all the rage this season :)

Anonymous said...

No nap for me. A neighbor's little boy is over so I'm supervising the madness.

PJ said...

Mother's Day gift pedicure...

Color is by OPI

"Who Comes Up With These Names?"

Back later. Off to fight some internet crime.

Angie said...

I am positively giddy with the progress I've made today cleaning my office! It was a complete disaster, and now it's almost completely clean and organized. (If you don't count my desk drawers, and I definitely do not.)

I feel sort of bad for my secretary, though. Because all the stacks of crap that were on my desk are now on the floor of her office. :-D

By the way, most uniformed beat cops don't get their own offices or secretaries. I'm special that way. :-)

Angie said...
