It's Amy's fault

Yes, you're the devil's fingers and I'm her mouth. Bad things come out of mine!

Nothing good can come from any of it

Said out loud it sounds like the sound a fly swatter makes when it hits a hard surface and smooshes a fly.

Behaving - In a word, No.
:::staring at unfolded laundry and breakfast dishes:::
Hey at least I fed the humans and animal menagerie here :-D

Daisies - Do we dare dance a jig on the demise of fruitcake? (evil grin)

KaytieJ said...

Jill - Specifically, a fruit fly :-D

KaytieJ said...

Margaret - Yes, I took the picture a couple years ago. It is my favorite rose bush. A deep salmon pink color and they smell so nice. TY!

Did you get my e-mail :::squinting at SW::: I want to make sure that e-mail works since I set it up for the auction.

Lisa said...

"Daisies - Do we dare dance a jig on the demise of fruitcake? (evil grin)"

Nah. She'll be back, mark my words. Whatever works for her, I guess. Personally, I'm bored with it all now and don't much care. <--has short attention span.

Karen, congratulations to your mom! Awww, I bet she's feeling like the weight of the world is off of her now!

Shannon said...

You are so right AP I mean seriously she has had one thing or another going since OHIH died she will be back.

I wish I had your attention span AP

Amy said...

So did anyone do the puzzle today?

Robin in Montana said...

I am bored as well. Long story short, she might have something that might make someone uncomfortable, but she doesn't really have *anything "BIG". It's just stupid, and it detracts from the good thing all us vile hookers have going here. :-D

Shannon said...

I attempted the puzzle but lost interest rather quickly...some type of RV or something nothing very interesting

I was enjoying watching her feel like she was accomplishing something.

Shit she announced on Twitter earlier today that Margaret's blog was dark....um no it wasnt LOL

Anonymous said...

No ladies mine went dark. It's still there just moved to a nice corner of the blogosphere.

Anonymous said...

Kay - I got your e-mail! I still want to send you a charm - waka waka on paying it forward. So have a look around and decide what you want.

Lisa said...

Shannon and Robin are right - there's always going to be something going and how big can any of it really be? I don't for a moment think anyone is in danger, either. Personally, I'm not going anywhere or taking anything private but everyone has to do what's comfortable for themselves, I reckon.

Anonymous said...

RiM - done:)

KaytieJ said...

Robin said - "it detracts from the good thing all us vile hookers have going here. :-D"

You know, we're going to have show some leg after that one :-D Hard to beat Mulie's butt shot, though.

PJ said...

Okay - just popping in - haven't read - FWoP went FLOP? Was this due to crack investigative work by Not Amy's Detective Agency?

Shannon said...

AP I am not hiding either....hell what are they going to do to me? I can understand some who have small children or something or who really do blog for family and such not wanting that nonsense on their blogs....me personally I have no fear of pathetic internet twat rockets.

KaytieJ said...

Daisies - I am horrid blogger friend. Have not "followed" any. And so, to those who have gone dark - here is my e-mail, if you would like me to see your blog. No worries if you don't.
Kaytiej4@gmail DOT com

KaytieJ said...

Margaret - TY! I thought we were putting it up for bid?

Trudy said...

check out the fruitcake anyone blog. the first one

Lisa said...

Carole, I think it probably was Not Amy's Detective Agency, yes. :-)

Kaytie's right, Mulie is going to have show a little more or something. I would possibly donate to see a shot of Bella's butt, though.

Anonymous said...

Kay - I forgot to tell you, I have stuff on my etsy and on my blog.

I don't think my blog was dark? But who knows, I thought the picture of my house was the picture of my house.

Lisa said...

Hi, Rudy, I'm always happy to see your balls!

Robin in Montana said...

I am not showing leg, but I might be willing to show a cleavage shot with a little bit of sunburn. Damn the luck for not having a boob tattoo at these times!!

Trudy said...

hi everyone, i have to run and get some smokes.

Robin in Montana said...

Rudy's balls. I have no other words.

KaytieJ said...

Robin - I am sure Kelley will be proud to "Pimp your Boobs" It is for a worthy cause.

Lisa said...

I'm eating the most disgusting taco flavored turnkey burger ever. Blech. Not that it matters...I just wanted to share.

Lisa said...

Rudy, you need to stop smoking! Do I need to show you pictures of my dad taken a couple of days before he died? *mean look*

Anonymous said...

KaytieJ said...

Dreams of Daisy Prison, perhaps?

Lisa said...

"taco flavored turnkey burger"

God, I was so hoping no one would notice that...lol!

Robin in Montana said...

turnkey burger. Want my recipe for prison wine?

PJ said...

Turnkey burger - yup, you just open the package and it opens the door.

PJ said...

RiM - I did not - I can't check FB where I am now, but will later.

KaytieJ said...

heheheh....slap a little frozen yogurt on it and it will disappear :D

PJ said...

Oh my,
I bet soGMebody is pissed.

Anonymous said...

My brother had a rock em sock em robots - loved that thing!

PJ said...

The Carole King thing wasn't working out for everyone.

Lisa said...

Y'all are being mean to me. It was just a typo. :-P I bet prison food is better than that shit was, though. Yuck. Dinner was beans and rice but hey, it works.

Lisa said...

Robin, doesn't prison wine involve dirty socks?

PJ said...

AP,
And it opens the door to a full furnished 3 bedroom apartment.

PJ said...

full = fully

PJ said...

How to wreck a quip with a spelling error - and a marginal quip at that.

PJ said...

"Suspended? Hmmmm I Don’t Think So!"

Is she blind in addition to be stoopid?

Shannon said...

Um AP from what I understand about prison hooch the socks are the least of your worries.

Lisa said...

CK, that's what happens when you pick on the typos of others. ;-)

Shannon said...

So for those that asked I hadnt deleted the wordpress blog version yet

For those that care

Trudy said...

AP- I know i need to stop smoking i made a promise to my daughter that i would when i turned forty (4 years ago) i have to hear her bitch at me every day!

Lisa said...

Shannon, I know. I'd get a germ or something and die.

PJ said...

AP - ha - spelling karma is a bich.

Robin in Montana said...

AP - I believe prison wine does involve dirty socks, yes. Moldy bread, ketchup packets, orange rind, what have you. Yummm--aaayy!

Robin in Montana said...

and the hooch kills the germs, so no worry!

I've had an emotional day on ol' FB, lol. I miss some old high school friends and it's crazy what our perceptions were and how different they all were from each other's. Anyway. For whatever *that's all worth.

PJ said...

MWoP has link to RV's latest run-in with the law.

A lame motor vehicle violation. But he didn't appear, and his driver's license was suspended yesterday.

For anyone who's not on the MckFast.

Robin in Montana said...

lol. Damn the luck, RV. Maybe I need to be figuring out how to do legal transcriptin for the frozen tundra. Seems to be a busy venue.

Lisa said...

"A lame motor vehicle violation. But he didn't appear, and his driver's license was suspended yesterday."

Can y'all imagine what their insurance is like?
Lord, what a dumbass thing for him to do, especially knowing someone will jump all over it.

PJ said...

You either pay the fine (and plead guilty) via mail or on-line.

Or if you want to plead not-guilty, then you appear at the court on the date and time SHOWN ON THE TICKET.

::speaks from recent experience with passing on the shoulder to make a right hand turn and not seeing the unmarked police car a few cars in front of me::

PJ said...

The violation is understandable (too heavily tinted windows). It's the not paying the fine or showing up for court that's unbelievable.

Jennifer-Lynn said...

I just got a ticket, myself. It must be something in the air.

PJ said...

Anyone else appreciate the synchronicity of RV and FWoP's lives today?

"Suspended? Hmmmm I Don’t Think So!"

Maybe it's just my warped sense of irony.

bookjunkie said...

Shannon- twat rocket? Perfect! Never heard that but I've added it to my daily vocabulary. Love it.

I just want to say hello to any new daisies we'll surely be getting from Fruitie's advertisements. Ummm, all the copying and pasting over there? What a waste of your time, Fruitie- anybody can come over here and read everything you've copied and pasted, correct? Stupid ass.

RV- what a moron! Guess a lot, a lot of $ doesn't buy common sense.

PJ said...

Driving home - will obey all traffic laws.

PJ said...

And will not purchase a new SUV with tinted windows on my way home, either.

Robin in Montana said...

No tinted windows? CK is boring, CK is boring....

Shannon said...

twat rocket is an amazing word that can be used in so many situations :)

Back from my day trip. DD is napping, I wish I was. We are wore out! Went to the beach and walked. Does anyone know what walking on sand does to you when you are this pregnant? Well, let me just tell you... it works muscles that haven't existed in 6 months. Uh huh. So fun, though. :)

Gotta go check Crafts for Chris. :)

Oh gosh, Taiya, I'm sure on the walking on sand thing. Sounds fun though, the beach.

Margaret- Lovin' the Molly Shannon. Daughter does her armpit thing all the time, LOL.

Re: Oprah's no-phone zone. She does get on my nerves about some things but I DVR'ed her show on texting and driving a while back and have made daughter and some of her friends watch it. I just had a lecture with a group of them leaving here this afternoon. Makes me feel like so old lecturing kids kind of, but I try not to be too preachy... just concerned about them.

bookjunkie said...

Crap, typo makes me sound like a teenager with the like this and like that... I typed makes me feel like an old woman and then changed it to makes me feel so old. Left the like in there. =)

Bookie - spell check has ruined my ability to spell.

Lisa said...

*grunbles*

My turkey burger sucked, my nap was interrupted and now I'm out of dry cat food.

Oh, I just found out that Creekbed Rick drowned himself. Apparently it being a *dry creek bed was a false assumption on my part but who says "creek bed' when it's full of water? I asked how the service was and he said "trashy, but what else would you expect?" How can a funeral be trashy?

bookjunkie said...

I know, Margaret. There's a national test I could take for certification for my job (medical transcriptionist). Last I heard, you can't use spellcheck on the test. WTH? I couldn't do my job without spellcheck. Crazy.

bookjunkie said...

Sorry, the turkey burger was shitty, AP. Yeah, when I think of creek bed, I think of dry not creek-creek. Hmmm, trashy funeral? You gotta get more details on that for us. We may need to take notes, being white trash and all.

Anonymous said...

Man, suicide by drowning - yikes.

Anonymous said...

Do you think it's spamming to go over to mwop and plugs crafts again?

Lisa said...

I know, right? If you're going to off yourself, surely there's a better way that throwing yourself into a creek. Although it's less embarrassing when it's a wet creek, I guess. I'll get details and share them when he's back home so we can all make plans.

Lisa said...

Margaret, the worst that can happen is that she'll delete the post, right? And she might let it stay since it's for Chris.

Angie said...

Okay, I'm watching Oprah and some of the stories about wreck victims from cell phone use are heartbreaking. I signed the pledge, along with 200K+ other people. Ya'll sign it too!

I think Oprah can be annoying, but I really respect that she generally uses her powers for good, like getting people to read and now saving lives by not texting and driving.

That said, her Rielle Hunter interview yesterday was dreadful.

Lisa said...

I have control issues and since Oprah wants me to sign, I just can't do it.

That shared, I'll also share something to amuse you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=haHXgFU7qNI

KaytieJ said...

SW & Daisies: You have heard my many rants on driving with hand helds (talking or texting). I see the disasters of it too often and it makes me so sad and so angry. I am glad Oprah is giving it the attention that is due to it.

Angie said...

AP, you are bad. You'd have dinner with Glenn Beck, but you won't pledge not to use your cell phone while driving because Oprah thinks you should? ::shaking head sadly::

Angie said...

I *have seen your rants, Kaytie, and I was skeered! But I skeer easily, sometimes. :-O

Lisa said...

I don't have to pledge to Oprah or anyone else...that's what I don't like. It's enough that I don't do it. I'm not about to text and drive and it would be a rare and very short conversation if I even make a call.
*gets stubborn*

bookjunkie said...

AP- that video is hilarious!

I've got to catch up on Oprah and Rielle and today's show this weekend. I may have to make all the kids watch this one, too re: phones and driving. Daughter and friends were just joking this afternoon about inviting another friend who's known for texting/driving over... telling him, "hey, you wanna come over and watch a movie" and then me locking all the doors when he gets inside and forcing him to watch Oprah. LOL I guess that's the kids making fun of the old lady, huh?

The 1st show she did was just shocking and made me think twice when I'm in the car. I hit a deer and totalled my car back in the fall and that scared the hell out of me. I was on the phone and would like to say I wasn't distracted and there was just nothing I could do because deer are everywhere here and it happens all the time. But, I don't know that for sure, you know? It has definitely made me really focus about where my attention is when I'm driving.

bookjunkie said...

I couldn't text and drive even if I wanted to though. I can barely text when I'm sitting in my house. I *did talk and drive though but not after the deer incident.

KaytieJ said...

AP - I see your point and feel the same. For myself, I already do not talk on hand held or text while driving. Period. To me it is common sense.

KaytieJ said...

Just got home from my stylist. You would think that someone who has been cutting my hair for over a year would do it right, but she must have had a bad day. Thwack-thwack! I now am sporting some sort of short bob. Eh. It'll grow back.

How is everyone doing today?

Angie said...

Oh, I bet it's cute, Bella! I'm doing nothing productive. Played hooky this afternoon. Playing MahJong now. Thanks again Sandy. grrr.

KaytieJ said...

bookjunkie said...

For being mean and vile cyber bullies, Margaret.

KaytieJ said...

Margaret - Didn't you hear that we are hookers now that can't decide what gender we are?

Angie said...

Hey Mulie! What's shakin'? How was work today? When do you get to start pounding the pavement?

bookjunkie said...

Thanks, Kaytie. It was really scary... I've always felt like I was a pretty defensive driver but that really shook me up and made me think now about what's going on when I'm in the car.

Muliebrity said...

We went out this afternoon, but I have a bitch of a headache and my sister and her monster are coming to visit this weekend, so I may go out again on Sunday. Monday night is out big date night in KC to see Pearl Jam.

Angie said...

So was it interesting, taking census of your fellow Americans?

bookjunkie said...

Mulie- they're (you?) gonna come arrest me if I don't get my census packet returned aren't you?

When 2 women dropped the packet off, I was sitting here at my computer and I heard them walking across my yard, talking about how they thought they saw shadows in the house when I didn't answer the door, LOL.

Putting my census stuff on my desk right now so I'll remember to get it filled out.

Anonymous said...

I did tip her, 20%. I always do. I figure finding a good stylist is like a crapshoot, so I try to tip well.

Anonymous said...

Mulie!

I missed the hookers with gender issues - yish!

KaytieJ said...

Bella - Same here. And I figure I take up their time and it may be that is my hair that is the problem not their technique!

bookjunkie said...

Damn, this stuff says my census info is confidential but by law becomes public after 72 years. You think Fruitie will be around and get ahold of all my deep dark census secrets in 72 years?

Muliebrity said...

I don't think you get arrested for not filing out your Census, but really annoying people come to your house take up your time.

Anonymous said...

bookjunkie, I think you should be very afraid of Fruitie the Third getting ahold of your confidential information, and posting it for your grandchildren to see.

Anonymous said...

My hair is very straight and fine, but with a hot mess of cowlicks. I always blame my hair when I get a bad cut.

KaytieJ said...

Mulie - If I don't turn in my packet can you come over to interview me? My luck I would get toothless healthcare worker.

Shannon said...

Bella I hate bad cuts....I have very thick curly hair so usually I can hide a bad one pretty well.

KaytieJ said...

Bella - Mine is fine and curly and with lots of cowlicks. Seems no matter what, I have a bad hair day :-D Not as bad as your dog, though.

fwop's description of what happened today is pretty funny. They came over and read daisy to see what's been said the last few days. Some guys gonna go home tonight and ask his wife what a yogurt tampon is :)

Anonymous said...

Sorry, by they I mean fwop's hosting company.

Shannon said...

So I have to say that I loved the comment over there about how Taiya had no issue with her daughters pic being on a board where we talk about male genitalia....am I missing something or is there a lot of that talk happening and I am just missing it?

KaytieJ said...

Should we repeat what a frozen yogurt tampon is for, in detail, just so they get it right? Would not want to blamed for someone else's injury due to misquotes.

PJ said...

Shannon - it only happens here when your husband posts about his tool.

PJ said...

Margaret - where are you seeing their hosting company's description? Sort of Daisy Cliff Notes via the Readers Digest Condensed Version?

KaytieJ said...

Shannon - Maybe they read the fly by and now erased penis enlargement spam.

Shannon said...

LMAO I did let him do that didnt I?

I bet that "they" were intrigued as hell about that one and probably disappointed that there are no pics of THAT on my blog :)

All right, jailbirds, moles, rats, robots, Hellraisers, SNL characters, Mangled-sock rabble rousers, flowers, and little kids on the beach using walkers:

I'm out. Take care!

bookjunkie said...

Yes, yes, KaytieJ... let's re-hash the yogurt tampon. Here's the "recipe" Fill an empty tampon applicator with plain yogurt, freeze, and then insert. ;) Easy, natural relief for yeast infection itching.

But... I was just thinking. You know those Go-Gurt things, yogurt tubes for kids? It would really be a lot easier to just freeze one of those, snip the end off, and then insert. Wah-la. Except I don't think they make those with plain yogurt.

twirldawg said...

Hi y'all. Trying to catch up! Our laptop crashed and I might cry. All of my photos, my editing software, is all on my laptop. I don't know what I'll do. And just my luck, it's barely outside of the 1 year warranty. So, I'm using the desktop, but it's so slow.

I don't care for Oprah, but I am really happy she's jumping on board with these stricter cell phone laws. Some friends of friends of ours lost their daughter, she was hit by a car near school while because a woman was messing with her cell phone and driving. Oprah went to their house and it was part of today's episode. Since then, I have not talked on my phone while driving (I never did text). I even have a sticker on my car asking people not to talk/text drive. I think it's a really important issue and hope Oprah's show will bring a lot more awareness to it.

Side note: I accidentally typed in "oopsiedaisy.blogspot.com" Wow. Quite an opening story!

Anonymous said...

It's a post called pardon the interuption where she says what happened and how the company apologized and then she went into saying what the company must have thought. A good read. I liked the other one where there's a picture of a 2007 article on internet defamation of charactar. She puts a link to the article but them posts a long summary on what internet defamation of charactar is :)

Deb, if you haven't left yet, have a safe trip and enjoy our first heat wave of the year - mid 90's.

Katie, we have gender issues? Is that supposed to make being a hooker easier or harder? I'm thinking it could go either way.

BJ, just use a Go-gurt tube, yes. The bits of fruit will be a nice surprise for later, whether it goes in the ear or vagina.

Yay, my car got me to to store. Well, and back, obviously. It's sad when you back in everywhere you park in case you have to be towed out, though, but life could be worse.

More like Sangria Slushee! It's still frozen, but you can drink it. It's yummy it you freeze it in an ice cube tray, then put the cubes in a blender and let it sit for just a bit so it's just right for a straw. Using a straw is optional. :D

I saved that blog to check out later, Mulie. I love medical/nurse blogs like that. KaytieJ, I bet you'll like that one, too. I love it when you share your nurse stories here. You are so passionate about what you do. It's obvious that you are the kind of nurse we all want to have.

Sangria slushee sounds SO good.

That sounds like I want you KaytieJ, LOL. We might make Fruitie's blog as the new daisy lovers. You know what I meant though.... the kind of nurse we'd all want to have if one of us or a member of our family was in the ICU.
