I just read through some lyrics again. I cannot believe that's GM - I know you all have history with her but it sounds more like a ranting Charles Manson. Jew hating - yish...

Anonymous said...

Margaret, it's her dirty alter-ego. She plays good and sweet everywhere she posts her name, but watch out when she posts anon.

She's too chickenshit to own it.

::Tipping a Coors in Bella's direction::

That tie was scary, I don't think I actually made a sound although my mouth was wide open.

That was a good game, very edge-of-your-seat. I had the remote in my hand ready to just turn it off, my heart was just racing. Good plays and good skills.

Nilia said...

Shortround has a Korean name which I can't recall for the life of me. My SIL is Korean. He will end up with 5 names: first, second, Korean name, her surname, his surname.

Anonymous said...

FT- Eulalie is very uncommon here too. Constance is rather common in Belgium though. It was on my parents' short list when they named me. Then, they decided to go with either Theodora or Sibylle and, well, long story short, my godmother (mom's sister - a jerk) told them those were ugly names and I ended up being Corinne.

Margo said...

very scary...

Anonymous said...

Corinne, from one to another, I think it's a great name (albeit my name has a unique spelling, it's pronounced the same).

Nilia said...

AP / SW : chicken legs frozen so gave that up as a crockpot option. Husband's off to play soccer and I told him to call me on the way home so he can grab a chuck roast. Apart from that, and veggies (potatoes, carrots, onions) what will I need? My spices are pretty specific I don't deviate much from them so I may not have something on hand I should. What else will I need? Any kind of broth of something? I think I have chicken but not beef.

Anonymous said...

Kathleen- Everytime I hear the name 'Iris', I think of the goo goo dolls song.

Anonymous said...

Bella- I agree =)

Nilia said...

Corinne: I love your name, I don't think I've ever met any Corinne's IRL. Funny that you have both Eulalia and Constance (or versions of it), the are both royal names and with all the royal intermarrying over history I guess that shouldn't surprise me. Does Belgium still have a monarchy?

Anonymous said...

The whole 'under1000permonth' thing is bizarre. Apparently, other drama-prone blogs were taken down and 'The Art of the Takedown' is now private. Weird...

Kathleen said...

Corinne, I lack knowledge of that one, reckon I'll have to youtube it...

Nilia said...

My ass is causing a permanent indent in this couch. I'd better get up and do something. I made a little dent in report cards, so there's that...

So, do you think that GM is saying we are from bad breeding; bad stock?

From her blog today:

"I must thank my parents for teaching me how to spot class. Good breeding from the crib through adulthood ~ from our ancestors passed down through the generations. De la cuna is how mom likes to refer to it. And it’s true. It takes one to know one. In real life, it’s easy to spot. The way people carry themselves, how they move and/or eat and speak. Mannerisms. Body language. History. We were trained very early in our young lives to associate with the right people from the right families. It was important to know roots. And to go to finishing school.

It has taken me longer to spot really classy people online. I usually start off by giving folks the benefit of the doubt until a certain benchmark is crossed. Recently, many have fallen off that category. I can’t say I’m disappointed. I have no expectations of people who write. I read and learn ~ and then I weed out. Those I follow are chosen well. My valuable time not wasted on their sites.

I had this “classy” convo earlier today with a fellow blogger who is a great and true friend. We’re both shocked at strange behavior we see and reactions we don’t understand. She’s from good breeding as well so we both could relate to the conversation. Going forward since I now have a ‘minimum requirement’ baseline, I’ll know better.

After all, ‘tell me who your friends are’ you know how that goes. Meanwhile, back to hockey and reading."

And, I'll give credit so she can't vomit out plagiarism along with slander. http://thegrammiediaries.com/

GM, your breeding is impeccable. I am sure you mother would love to hear your rotten mouth spout "You're all so fucked up it's hilarious", like you do on Lyrics.

Cheers to schizophrenics!

I just want to say, I own my roughness; I am South Side Chicago Irish!!

Anonymous said...

FT- Belgium still has a monarchy. It's our sixth king. HRH Albert II and his wife is the queen Paola. They have three adult children (Philippe, Astrid and Laurent); two of whom are idiots (including the heir to the throne) and cause much controversy in an already divided country.

Btw, I know princess Astrid's children (her two oldest- she has five kids) and they are really nice, down-to-Earth people.

Anonymous said...

Kathleen- It's a really nice song. Do youtube it!

Anonymous said...

Astrid is a great name, imo.

Lindsay said...

Ummm. Hi.

FT - shortround is absolutely adorable. Congrats auntie! And congrats on the gold medal. I'm kind of sad about it, but I'll be of "good class" and congratulate you.

There is no way on God's green earth that I will catch up!

Anonymous said...

Wikipedia also told me Shortround is a Transformer....

FT, are you breeding cyborgs up there? Is that how you won the gold medal in hockey?

Hola, Lindsay!

Shannon said...

So maybe since GM came here as herself she chose to not post her drivel on lyrics lol.....Personally I wouldnt wanna be from the kind of psyco breeding she is......yet we are all os low class she is still compelled to seek us out...it is unreal

Anonymous said...

Bella- LOL @ the post you c&p. It's awesome :D

Nilia said...

Oooh, Corinne comes from good breeding! Maybe she is this friend GM refers to...

Anonymous said...

This part kills me:

"We were trained very early in our young lives to associate with the right people from the right families."

Xenophobia, anyone? How elitist!

Nilia said...

Bella: hey, I didn't know that! Is he a character like Bumblebee?

Nilia said...

Lindsay: thanks!

Shannon said...

So exactly what constitutes "good breeding" I mean is she a horse or a dog or something? I have heard such phrases from the super duper old days does that mean she is THAT old????

Anonymous said...

FT- Yup. You caught me! LOL :P
I met them at a Cotillion (I think that's the American term for that). Anyways, those things are super boring. Made me want to kill myself.

Lindsay said...

I come from good stock. Is that different? I suppose that means I'm roundish and have good birthing hips.

Nilia said...

I think I've been to a Cotillion. Is that where ladies (i.e. of good breeding, LOL) are "presented" to society? Or the public or whatever it's called now?

Lindsay said...

::Imagining Corinne dancing around with her white wig and fancy hoop skirt::

Nilia said...

Corinne, Oooh-la-la!

Lindsay said...

Now that I'm thinking about it, my dog is a bitch, but she's of very excellent breeding. Show quality. That's why she's a bitch. We might breed her.

Lindsay said...

I guess bitch and good breeding aren't mutually exclusive.

Anonymous said...

Shannon- LMAO @ 'So exactly what constitutes "good breeding" I mean is she a horse or a dog or something?'

That's awesome! :D

(And, just to be clear, I am *so not an elitist! My friends come from all religious and social backgrounds alike. As long as you're not an annoying jerk (plenty of those at Cotillions) and can take my sarcastic and cynical tone, I'll be friends with you!)

Nilia said...

You lowlifes are an awful distraction. I am going to go feed my children now, and will be back once my motherly duties are completed. Then I will do some teacherly duties while simultaneously doing my lowlife-ly duties.

Later.

Nilia said...

Ooh before I go, CK I got you a pin! Email me!

Anonymous said...

FT- Technically, yes. Now, there are many different kinds of Cotillions (some less boring than others). I went because I was invited and you can't (as in, it's not polite) decline such an invite.

These people take themselves too seriously!

Shannon said...

LOL well pretty much anything that comes past women needing a dowry to bribe a man to take her off her parents hands makes me wonder....I mean when you talk about good breeding it is the pedigree to show their birthline...in this day and age we only see that with dogs and horses LOL

Anonymous said...

Bye, FT!

Kathleen said...

All that good breeding usually means incest since you can't allow other lesser folks in the family. Hence all the genetic diseases of royalty, hemophilia etc...

Anonymous said...

and insanity...

Shannon said...

Very good point Kathleen....Thank you I will take my Heinz 57 low class breeding to having to screw my own male relatives LOL

Anonymous said...

Shannon- Totally. The Cotillions I attended (two of them) were nothing like the 'Bal des débutantes at the Hotel Crillon' in Paris. It is a very formal thing, yes. But, the 'I present you my daughter, yada yada yada' was not there. Thank God! ;)

Shannon said...

Oh I couldnt even imagine Corinne....I am so not a formal thing kind of person LOL And to be expected to always put on a show..no thanks.

Anonymous said...

Do you know that I'm not even supposed to talk about cotillions with you? It's one of the rules. See, I told you these people take themsleves WAY too seriously! Because, who cares? It's not like we're spies for the gvt! Lol :D

Anonymous said...

Shannon- Trust me, I hated it with every fiber of my being. That's *many hours of my life I'll never get back! Hmph.

Shannon said...

Will you now be banned for speaking about them?

Angie said...

FT, this is how I make a pot roast in a crock pot:

Salt and pepper the roast well on all sides, then put it in the crock pot. Some people like to sear it in a skillet first; I don't go to that trouble.

Sprinkle minced onions on top of the roast. This is optional, but is what my mama did. Sprinkle a little garlic powder if you'd like.

Peel the onions and cut them into halves or quarters and arrange them on top of and around the chuck roast. Salt and pepper them.

Then I shake some worstershire and soy sauce on the onions. Repeat with the potatoes and carrots. Don't forget to salt every layer. That is the most important thing.

I don't add any water or broth.

Put the lid on and cook on low for 8 - 12 hours, or or on high for 3 -4 hours. When it's done, the vegetables will be very soft and the roast will fall apart.

Take the roast and veggies out and make a gravy with the stock, if desired. To make a gravy, bring the stock to a boil, and add water if you need more. Mix a couple of teaspoons of corn starch with a small amount of water and add to the boiling stock. This will thicken the stock up to a gravy-like consistency.

Serve the roast and veggies and gravy with rice, if desired.

Anonymous said...

Shannon- Lol! No. It's not BF. ;-)

OT- Seriously, I am intrigued by this whole under1000permonth debacle. It seems like Dna is shutting down his FB & twitter accounts.

Angie said...

Well, I've loved the olympics, but I'm ready for them to be over because the commercials keep making me cry.

Anonymous said...

SW- What are you doing to me?! I was about to go to bed but now, I'm hungry!

Anonymous said...

Hi Ladies.

Corinne, I'm very sad now. I won't have my morning read :(

Angie said...

Sorry, Corinne. FT asked for it!

Anonymous said...

LOL@ SW! I cry at the Humane Society commercials, with Sarah McLaughlin singing.

Do the Visa ones get you?

Corinne, if a cotillion means drinking whiskey with your confirmation class behind St. Symphorosa, count me in. Anyone see The Departed? Don't mess with the Irish, lol!

Anonymous said...

Sandy- I know, I know. I'm disappointed too. It was a fun read! Although, I guess under1000braincells will still be up for a while; at least until they get the whole drama figured out.

Lindsay said...

Yeah, I was kind of intrigued by the under1000permonth thing, too. I know a lot of people are saying it's a hoax, but I really think this girl was legit. She had a *lot of advertising. I'm glad if she/he shut it down.

Sandy - there's always people of walmart for interesting/hysterical morning reading!

Anonymous said...

Bella-"Corinne, if a cotillion means drinking whiskey with your confirmation class behind St. Symphorosa, count me in."

I would've much preferred that!

I've seen 'The departed'. Loved it!

Anonymous said...

I'm *very sad about under1000 going kaput. I read it in bed every morning, on my iPhone, before I got up for the day!

Lindsay said...

I knew I liked you Bella. Us Irish girls stick together. And Irish girls who drink beer and have boxers.

Angie said...

Bella, that one works. But the Tide one, with the moms singing "When you walk through a storm..."? Slayed me.

Angie said...

Bella, I can't even watch the Humane Society commercial. It kills me.

Lindsay said...

Any of those P&G commercials made me get teary. Yesterday, the worst thing was that Tom Brokaw special on Operation Yellow Ribbon. Oh. My. God. Hubby and I sat there crying from start to finish.

Anonymous said...

Alright ladies, it was *very fun but it's already 1.35 am here and 6 am will come way too soon!

'See' you tomorrow!

Anonymous said...

::Raising a shot of Jameson to Lindsay::

Anonymous said...

Corinne, get you well-bred ass to bed!

Goodnight!

Lindsay said...

Cheers! So I'm already making plans for St. Patrick's day. Can't wait to get my Guinness on.

Anonymous said...

FT, I know you are gone, but can you get me some of those red Canadian mittens, lol? I heard they are almost impossible to get!

Lindsay said...

Night Corinne! You shouldn't be associating with us anyway :)

Lindsay said...

I second that FT. If you have a source, will you let us know? My parents tried to get them from Whistler and Vancouver last week and they were all sold out.

Anonymous said...

SW, those Humane Society ads have gotten me to DONATE. I have sent money because of puppy dog eyes and the song "I Will Remember You".

Great advertising.

kristin said...

Alright - I posted on the wrong post :(

You ladies are damn chatty!

Hey ladies - just got home and ate dinner. How is everyone? Going to catch up!

Anonymous said...

Kristin, you are poorly bred, come from bad stock, and are uncouth. See above!

Lindsay said...

Hey Kristin! How's it going? How is LM this evening? Did he do well at swim lessons yesterday?

Anonymous said...

FT, I missed your post about Shortround the Transformer.

Wikipedia says he is a Decepticon...I think those are the bad guys?

Watch out, Canada!

Lindsay said...

Shortround is probably a zamboni decepticon.

kristin said...

and I did it again dammit! Going to look Bella but here is what I posted:

Jeanette - Good for you for going back! I got my bachelor's degree in '06 - and I graduated HS in '93. Yeah - it was a long time in between. I did have a lot of community college too, I would go for a semester, take time off, go another semester, take time off. I feel you pain

Angie said...

Okay, it's Big Love night. Need to gather my sister wives. Where's Erin been? And Jill? And has BD checked in today?

kristin said...

Yeah, I'm a mutt - I admit it! My grandmother is Japanese, my grandfather - french and a mix of a lot of other stuff.

Lindsay - LM is doing well and swim lessons went well also.

Gothic ʚϊɞ said...

Wow I may not be able to keep up with you ladies. Ever. I ran to the grocery store and there is 200 new posts. Wow. lol

Lisa said...

I've always admitted I'm poorly bred. My family is from Appalachia, after all. I'm just not sure what the point was there but okaaaaaay.

FT, I do pot roasts about like SW does but I sometimes like adding an envelope of onion soup mix instead of any other seasoning. I just sprinkle it evenly over everything and that might be easier for you.

Nilia said...

I didn't know Shortround was a Transformer! I went looking on eBay and there they were! Gotta buy one for my little Shortround...

Bella and Lindsay: my son and I have those mitts, I bought them at the Bay and I believe Zellers has them too but I will check out tomorrow if they still do. They were $10 each, are you looking for adult or children size?

Well dinner's done and I'm going get my monsters starting to get ready for bed and then back to report cards.

Nilia said...

Lindsay: Zamboni Decepticon, LOL!

kristin said...

and FT - congrats on "Steve"! I cannot wait until my little nephew is here!

Lindsay said...

FT - I am looking for adult sizes - probably a medium. I'm kind of selfish. Actually, I figure my kids would have them lost in 2 days flat, so why bother giving them something so cool! Thank you so much for looking for me ;)

Nilia said...

Thanks Kristin, is it a boy for sure?

Anonymous said...

I would love adult size, I'll email you, FT.

I have no idea why I want those mittens...maybe because Oprah has them? Ha!

Nilia said...

No problem Lindsay I'll let you know tomorrow how the hunt went. The Bay and Zellers closed here at 6 or 7 depends on locations so it's too late to call for availability now. Will check tomorrow. How many do you need, Lindsay? How about you, Bella?

Lindsay said...

FT - I'm thinking 3 pairs, please. But were there only to be 2 pairs left in the country, Bella could have one and I'll take the other, and my sister and mom could go without :p

I know, I figured all of Canada was sold out because Oprah gave them all away! I was so mad - and one more reason she annoys me!

Anonymous said...

LOL, just one pair for me. My dog doesn't need mittens!

Nilia said...

Okay, I'll see if I can score 4 pairs tomorrow. Will let you both know.

Anonymous said...

I am watching the Olympic highlights before the closing ceremonies...I should have just watched this! The best of everything!

Anonymous said...

FT, thank you!!

Lindsay said...

FT - thank you so so much!

I'm kind of sad to see the olympics end. It was really great tv for all of our family to watch together.

kristin said...

"Holy batshit fucktards, ladies" - cracking up laughing!

FT - hmmpphhh...is it so bad to turn into me? :(

Glad that shortround gets to come though!

Nilia said...

Kristin: no, I just meant with catching spelling errors, that was all!

PJ said...

Hi ladies - back from getting things at work done.

More to do, but a break here first.

I have two pair of Olympic mittens on my way from e-bay - I goofed and ordered an L/XL first - so if anyone wants those, they're yours. Bidding starts at 9:00 pm CST. (hehe)

J/K - but if any of you are willing to admit you have large, man hands, let me know if you're interested. Or for a beloved spouse/SO?

PJ said...

Anybody watching the closing ceremonies?

kristin said...

lol FT - I was just kidding - and yes, it is a boy!

WOW - you guys are chatty - and good to see newbies!

On the whole medicaid kick from wayyy earlier. I was in school (senior semester) and found out I was pregnant - I had about 5 jobs:

Hilton (full time)
Teaching asst.
Books for a const. company
The teacher I assisted also had a booth at an antique place and I organized/priced, etc.
Parking lot attendant

I was taking 16 hours to finish but had no insurance. I was greatful for the help. I graduated in May and got the job I have now but it also did not have insurance. I make decent money and I get no child support - so it was very helpful when I gave birth - I had a c-section - b/c of my congenital hip/fractured pelvis/fainting issues - so yes, I was glad to have it but I got off of it after I could put LM on health insurance and back on my feet.

PJ said...

One of the reasons I love the Canadian as a people - they know how to poke fun at themselves and make the best of a mistake.

They had a clown pretending to raise the errant fourth pillar for the Olympic torch. And the poor lonely athlete who didn't get to light it during the opening ceremonies was there to do her job.

kristin said...

CK - I am (watching closing ceremonies).

Where has RiM been? I miss her.

Christy, I would be interested in your thoughts on "Kim".

Alright, well SO said he was going to get the kitchen but he is asleep on the couch so I am going to tackle that.

My poor feet are hurting and I am exhausted. I need to pack a lunch for LM too b/c he hasn't been eating at school.

Anonymous said...

CK, I will take the L/XL off of your hands..hehe.

We ended up with porterhouses on the grill. Not as good as ribeyes, but still tasty. The asparagus was top notch, though.

Anyone grow asparagus? Does it keep multiplying if you plant it?

PJ said...

Bella,
When we bought our house, there was asparagus in the tiered garden. It doesn't grow forever - I think we had three years of it. I don't know when the previous owners planted it.

It kind of just grows itself. But then it quits coming back after a while.

PJ said...

A Russian choir - I'm giddy (really - music geek).

PJ said...

I bet some of those ladies in the choir have big man hands.

PJ said...

Where are the next olympics being held? Summer? Winter?

Anonymous said...

2012-Rio de Janerio, Brazil

2014-Sochi, Russia

PJ said...

Thanks Bella, Off to look up up Sochi.

I traveled to the former Soviet Union when I was in 10th grade. Moscow, Leningrad, Riga, Tbilisi.

PJ said...

Summer vacation spot for Russians. On the Black Sea. 410,000 residents. They have much work to do to get ready.

"The site of a training centre for aspiring Olympic athletes, as of 2008, the city has no world-class level athletic facilities fit for international competition."

Anonymous said...

CK, try to Google for an article I read about Sochi...I am thinking it was a Nat Geo article? It was fascinating, with beautiful photos.

I *do know that it is very ill-equipped for the Olympic Games.

Muliebrity said...

GM just posted at Mck's BF, if anyone is interested...

Anonymous said...

I just skimmed a BF post where Mck feels that child molesters who molest their own children can be changed by God, and reunited with their families. By that she means, the children that were molested.

W. T. F.

I am done, done with her. She is moving into Pearl/Anast territory.

Muliebrity said...

Never mind, nothing exciting. False alarm.

Muliebrity said...

Bella, I am going to have to read that one, but my first instinct is HELL NO THEY CAN ROT IN JAIL WITH OTHERS OF THEIR KIND. But that's just me.

PJ said...

JM just needs to shut her trap. With every word she digs herself a deeper hole. Alienating even more of her once adoring fan base.

Before long, there'll be hardly anyone left.

Pathetic.

PJ said...

She's running out of feet to put in her mouth.

Lisa said...

Is anyone sheepling that comment?

kristin said...

alright ladies, I am exhausted. I wanted to go peak in at BF but my eyes hurt and I have to be up at 6:00 (if not sooner).

Goodnight! Sweet dreams!

PJ said...

SW - are you watching Sisters and Brothers? Get rid of the campaign manager - she's just damn irritating.

PJ said...

Night Kristin. Looking forward to your good morning tomorrow. It brightens my day.

Muliebrity said...

Bella, Which post is it?

Lisa said...

I'm sitting here thinking about this...people are instinctively attracted to specific others. We cannot change these basic, innate attractions within us. All we can do is learn to control those attractions and not act on them if they aren't appropriate, socially and/or morally, imo. Some people can reach that strength with God, I'm sure. In the end, though, our innate, instinctive characters and desires are still there, ready to pull at us at the first possibly drop of our guard. I'm sure some child molesters can put those desires aside, maybe even forever, but they don't go away. But why would we ever *want to reunite a molester with his/her own children after molesting them, knowing the innate attraction is still there? Or are people stupid enough to believe instinctive attractions can be changed?

Margo said...

There is something really wrong with any woman who would allow children to be in harms way. Our friends son was molested by a man at their church. Other people in the church were fully aware he had molested other children before he was "cured". I feel sorry for the McKinney children - they have real winners for parents.

PJ said...

AP,
If what you're calling "instinctive attractions" stem from unmet needs, and the molester finds healthier or more appropriate ways to get those needs met, then perhaps the needs will go away.

For me it boils down to how very difficult it would be for a child to deal with an ongoing relationship with the abuser. Talk about conflicted - it would be bad enough for them to sort out their love for a trusted adult AND anger and shame, but to then be living with their abuser, that seems to make for a home environment that doesn't feel safe.

Lisa said...

Margaret, I'm still trying to figure out what possible benefit to the kids there would be in reuniting them with a father who molested them? Seems to me they'd always live in fear.

Margo said...

I don't think child molesters can be rehabilitated. Personally, if my husband ever touched a child in anger or sexually I would be so disgusted by him I would never want to look at him again.

Lisa said...

Well, I agree with that.

Where the heck did everyone go? Is everyone over at BF?

Jeanette said...

Just caught back up. GM's post cracked me up. And she wonders why she has no following. I remember one post she did that was talking about her blog being her space.. take your shoes of at the door and she would serve you a drink.. then she said something like.. "great taste? Yup. Born with it, ask my mother." She just came off sounding arrogant. In the tab she used to have on her blog about hot finds... it said something like, You'll love what I find, that's gonna be a given. She's just an arrogant old bitty. I'm confused as to why her tabs all link to blogger blogs. She's on Wordpress now. All the other Wordpress blogs I read have tabs but the tabs are separate pages on Wordpress. She either doesn't have a fkn clue how to manage her own blog, or her designer is on crack.

PJ said...

I'm here, AP - making a pot of steel cut oats for the tomorrow's breakfast. Watching the train wreck called Jennifer McKinney too.

Lisa said...

CK, do you make those oats in a crockpot?

PJ said...

Ha AP! Nope - haven't tried that yet. I don't think much of JM's advice on cooking, either, so I doubt I will every cook them like that.

PJ said...

every = ever

PJ said...

Are you farming, AP?

Lisa said...

I honestly haven't read her much in ages. Is she fixing real meals yet or is she still giving the kids pine cones, avocado and alfalfa then grilling steaks after they go to bed?

Nilia said...

The closing ceremony was awe-some! What a colourful show.

And I'll weigh in on the child molestor topic: I think that it's a cruelty to make a child have a relationship with his or her molestor. Period.

Lisa said...

*guilty look*

I might be farming, CK...why?

Muliebrity said...

CK, Mind sharing your trick to steel cut oats? I have not found an "easy" way to prepare them to my satisfaction.

Jeanette said...

Where is the molestation post? I don't see it on Mck's blog?

Lisa said...

Jeanette, I think it was a comment she made somewhere on BF.

PJ said...

M,
I failed the first time. Lots of boil overs.

I found the key was to use a bigger pot than you think you need. Bring the water to a boil, add salt and oatmeal. Turn down to just barely a simmer. Stir every 6 minutes or so. Until they're cooked to your liking. Or perhaps a bit on the runny side if you're going to re-heat them later.

When I re-heat a serving in the a.m., I add water, because they are too gooey.

Top with brown sugar, toasted chopped pecans, mixed berries (I defrost frozen ones), and a spash of cream or half and half.

I'm sure there are other ways, but that's what's worked for me.

My new favorite - replaced egg over easy with toasted ciabatta bread.

PJ said...

AP - I don't know what the babysitter has been fixing for the McKinney children lately - I wonder if she has a blog? ;-)

PJ said...

Night all - back to the early rising tomorrow.

PJ said...

Hope you all have a great Monday. Or at least a tolerable Monday.

PJ said...

AP - only asking about the farming cause you were pretty quiet too.

Lisa said...

'Night, CK. 'Night, all. Going to put a new post up and head to bed soon, too.

PJ said...

AP,
There's a great Cole Porter song called Farming that I think of when I hear of people farming on FB. I'll send you the lyrics - he was quite risque in his time. They're too long to post here.

Muliebrity said...

Thanks, CK. I haven't thought about cooking them the night before and reheating them. They always take so long in the morning, that the kids start eating cat food. I got an awesome deal on old fashion and quick oats (50 cents a container) that I have shelved the steel cut oats for now.
Sleep well!
