Kristin, You are right about it being scary to even answer the door. I have a security screen on my door that stays locked all the time now. There was a home invasion robbery a few weeks ago not far from my house in broad day light! Two grandparents home with two littles. Everyone was ok, but this was a pretty upscale neighborhood. Makes you not want to go to the door even for the girl scout cookies.Well that might be pushing it:P

T@iy@ said...

Suz- Don't miss the girl scout cookies! Nothing is worth that! :D

Robin - They used to work together and they would carpool and the entire time it was like, "Look here's a book you should read." And "Did you know that . . ." Always handing him tracts and different materials. And then he would say that he's getting flack for even carpooling with Travis because of the worldliness of us. He took his kids and went fishing with Travis and the boys a couple of times, but we don't talk to him all that much now. I never met his wife because she wouldn't associate with us because we weren't a "peep". Travis used to laugh at the hypocrisy because he would have no problem "associating" with him at work to go to lunch or different things like that. The funniest part though, was when Travis suggested he work on July 4th & New Years because he doesn't really celebrate holidays. His friend was quite offended.

RiM- I didn't take it as defensive :) I meant that, according to Belgian law, JW is not a religion but a sect. This status changes a lot of things in terms of liability. There have been trials for extortion of money, emotional abuse/harassment, etc. involving the JWs.
(I hope I'm not offending you because I don't mean to)

suz said...

Corinne, What is Belgium's take on Scientology? I think it is banned in Germany.

T@iy@ said...

Darn. I am going to go take a nap right when we are getting to Scientology. I'll definitely have to catch up later!

Robin in Montana said...

No, ma'am, Corinne, you most definitely aren't, and that's very interesting, and certainly not something you're ever told about when you are one!

Robin in Montana said...

Lindsay - I can totally buy every single thing you said. My ex-inlaws will have nothing to do with anyone who isn't JW because they're "worldly" and that includes family members. But if said family member has something that will benefit them - say a piece of equipment, or something they want to borrow - suddenly those rules don't apply and it's all "family". They also don't associate with "worldly" people because of their lack of morals and all, you know. But see no issue with (literally) being drunk every night, fighting with each other to the point he has held her head under the water in the hot tub, or doing whatever legal finagling they can in business dealings whether it's entirely ethical or not. But by golly, they stay away from those damn worldly people! lol.

I went to school with a lot of mormons. Once they found out my father was a minister we were not allowed to play together anymore. As I child I didn't get that. Then all hell broke loose when my father wrote a book on cults and included mormonism.

Robin in Montana said...

Your father wrote a book on cults? What's it called? That's very interesting.

Did anyone else see MckMama tweeted @grammiediaries? Any idea what THAT'S all about?

Anonymous said...

Liza is posting lyrics!

I think it was cults, christianity and its distortions. He wrote it in 70 something. At the time his church was just south of san fran, the high school and college kids were getting caught up in haight ashbury and cults. It's basically what he learned about the various religions from his experiences getting people out.

kristin said...

Hey CM! How are you?

WOW! GM and JM at it again. Interesting.

Robin in Montana said...

I went out (pretty briefly) with a Mormon guy who was pretty strict in his beliefs and I guess thought he would convert me. He worked at a copy shop or something but played in a bar band at night - wrote me a song (Awwwww) and all, but eventually he and my mom butted heads over religion and got into a big tangled argument and at that point I was done. Didn't want my religion (even way back then ) and didn't want in to one that seemed just as skewed, but in a different way, either.

manda said...

Good, busy. Moved this last weekend, no internet at the house until Friday. :(

Kristin, what did you mean 'at it again?' I missed something.

kristin said...

Oh JM & GM were in bed with that giveaway awhile back - just thought they might be in bed again.

Anonymous said...

Krisin - watch out, they may sue you for suggesting they are in business together!

manda said...

Hahaha, really?! Oh brother, that woman, GM, is absolutely fucking crazy. The end.

suz said...

Kristin, oh you know those two are still in bed. For the mutual cause of the all mighty dollar.

CK.lol.

Lindsay said...

Or they might sue you for insinuating they are lesbians :)

Lindsay said...

Does anyone know who RedHeadRiter is on twitter or blog frog?

PJ said...

Poo on you Kristin. For making me go read JM's blogspew. And for the image of GM and JM in bed together.

kristin said...

wondering the same thing, she has started following me.

Anonymous said...

CK, I second that!

kristin said...

sorry CK!

Anonymous said...

School update: Principal pal called me at 1:23 and left message. I called back at 1:25 and she's still in a meeting.

Lindsay said...

Interesting - she looks like a fan of GM's on twitter. She's not following my blog but apparently my bf account. Which I don't really know why I created in the first place since I don't actually use it. So I wondered why she would follow me there. Weird.

Lindsay said...

Sandy - I was just about to send the dogs after you :) Hope you hear from the principal soon.

Anonymous said...

Lindsay, I don't know who she is but she is somehow following me! Eww.

Lindsay said...

Okay. This. Is. Strange.

kristin said...

She is following me on BF too - and I'm not sure why or how I started that profile either.

I'll admit that GM had me fooled for a while - hanging my head in shame.

Lindsay said...

Well, everybody wants me :p

It's just kind of odd. I also find it odd that one of JM's supporters follows my blog. I don't necessarily ever bad mouth her, but I hang with some people who don't care for her, so I was wondering if she followed me by mistake!

Anonymous said...

Has tube steak arrived yet?

Anonymous said...

Robin - my mom just called, she's running errands for me today and your package is in the mail :)

Lindsay said...

The tube steak landed last night. Son of the steak picked him up from the airport. Let the fun begin!

Actually, now I feel like a heel because Travis told me last night that his dad's aorta is dissecting again. I feel bad for saying not nice things about him sometimes. I guess he told the docs he won't have the surgery done again. I don't know that I understand that. He's still in his 60's. It's not like he's in his 80's and declining surgery.

kristin said...

Lindsay - I had to read that like 3 times before it made sense :)

Sorry about his health - I hope it turns out okay.

Anonymous said...

You didn't say mean things about him Lindsay - you just mentioned his desire for tube meats and reduced dental rates. Don't be so hard on yourself!

Robin in Montana said...

Margaret - I can't wait! This means I will now have to quit being a slacker and get a blog post of my own up now.

Anonymous said...

I hope he changes his mind about treatment - 60s is young!

Anonymous said...

Suz- Scientology has the same legal status as JW in Belgium - they're not a religion :)

GM & JM in bed together? Ewwwww. But somehow they might be soulmates. :P

Lindsay said...

At least I didn't say anything bad on the internet. In private, that's another story!

I actually hope they won't go to Mexico for dental work any more. I am worried sick they'll be caught up in a drive by. I was watching the Today show this morning and some 2600 people have been killed due to drug cartel violence. I can't believe anyone would want to travel there, let alone let their college kids go for spring break!

Lindsay said...

Kristin - oops! Sorry that does sound a little weird, doesn't it?

Robin in Montana said...

Someone mentioned See See a bit ago. Did you know she has a "food blog"? True story.

Lindsay said...

Robin - I can vouch for that. I checked it out a looooong time ago. Man, that seems like another lifetime :p

Robin in Montana said...

Well, it's new to me and the wounds are fresh. :nods: I feel like I need to shower again.

kristin said...

Right RiM - I see her on MWoP and makes me feel dirty.

Lindsay - you have me wondering about this RedHead Riter girl....

I too am concerned about the happenings over in Mexico. I read yesterday about the couple who were killed after returning from a birthday at the consulate - she was expecting and also had a child. The child was in the backseat - and unharmed. If your FIL goes to Mexico - tell him to stay away from White SUV's. CRAZY shit!

Catching up on comments:

Margaret said: “I may be wrong but I think it's non-PC who is mentally abused by JM.” Margaret, AP and Shannon feel like you do. (AP’s Israel’s secret girlfriend, you know.) I think RV’s a giant douche canoe.

Robin said: “Christy - yes, first b-day post JW, and no, they don't celebrate b-days. Or anything else, so it's been a year of firsts for me.” Wow, Robin! How exciting that you get to celebrate your first birthday! But the other stuff, about your ex telling your girls you are going to die, and how JW’s hound people, makes me really really pissed. Taiya, where do you live? This *almost makes me glad I live in the Southern Bible Belt. Because the non-Southern Baptist religions don’t really have that good a foothold and don’t do a whole lot of recruiting. Or either I’m on a “don’t bother” map myself. If I get JW’s on my porch, I plan to say, “Oh, I worship Satan,” and then put my fingers up for horns and flick my tongue like a lizard. I bet that’d make ‘em go fast!!

Mormons will weed for you? Lordy, I might have to call them! My flower beds are all weeds!

Robin, you used to go door to door too? Yikes!

Lindsay said...

Definitely lip service and NOTHING will be done as usual. They so need to apologize to C. My poor girl hates herself so much as is. In 1st grade she told me she wanted to die and then they go and do this. And yes the school is aware of that fact that she says she wants to die. I hate that fucking school.

Sandy - I am so very sorry. I dated a guy who's son was bipolar and used to always say he wanted to kill himself. It was awful. I HATED it. I tried to assure him that he was loved but he had real issues with his mom. His dad had custody of the 2 kids. He was in a school that catered to his needs and the dad would have to go talk to the counselors and his doctors on a regular basis.

I am so sorry.

Lindsay said...

Have a great time Margaret (at the concert & with C)

Sandy - I am so heartbroken for your C. What a rotten bunch of people who would make a *child feel that way about herself. I'm so sorry.

Angie said...

Lindsay, step away from the pie!

MLWB! Hi! And thanks for the birthday wishes! I've missed you!

Actually, you'd think I'd be a big St. Paddy's day partier, but I'm not at all. I dislike bars, and always have. And especially crowded bars. So I'm not sure I've ever been to a St. Paddy's day birthday party. I tried to get in to -- oh, what's the bar in New Orleans that has the hurricanes -- on my birthday when I turned 40, and waited for a l-o-n-g time for a table and then gave up. Pat O'Brien's.

Tonight's birthday dinner will be at a Mexican place, and I'll have a green margarita in lieu of green beer!

Robin in Montana said...

Sandy - I am so sorry about C, and I really hope the school takes an active interest, not just talk about it. (((hugs to you)))

Margaret - I hope you have a good evening!

Kristin - I have no answer about the idiots.

Lisa said...

Okay, lamb stew is in the oven. I just need to slice my cabbage to fry and make biscuits. I'm considering a nap.

I get along with the JWs around here (we have the same ones all the time). I struck a deal with them that if they don't knock and just slip The Watchtower in my door, I promise I will read every word of it. If they knock, I won't answer and I will throw The Watchtower away if they leave it. I guess they weighed their options and agreed.

Robin in Montana said...

kristin said...

I had a plaster cast - and I think that was the only time I was ever able to do the splits.

My take on Mormons and JWs. (I was following this conversation earlier today while I was out):

JWs:
I have many JW relatives on my dad's side. They used to send people to my house (here and when I lived with my parents) who knew us by name. Persistent buggers. Sorry, but only firmly closing the door has any effect. My parents actually have (adult) godchildren who are now JWs only of course godparents don't exist for them, so they just refer to my parents as aunt and uncle. There is a younger one who is a goddaughter too, and she certainly has no problem accepting Christmas presents from my parents every year. The irony is not lost on me, but perhaps it is on her. They also don't like any mention of the Virgin Mary which we do sometimes as part of daily language in Portuguese, or the bless you which in Portuguese translates to "God help you" (Deus te ajude). I don't care, I'm Catholic all the time, even in the presence of JWs. No offense.

The birthday issue is (I believe)because Herod offered his daughter a birthday present she only had to ask for what she wanted. What she wanted was John the Baptist's head so Herod had him beheaded. Is this right?

Also they're not supposed to wear makeup? I don't know, maybe they're making that part up. But some of them do and quite heavily. I wear makeup too but my religion keeps its' nose out of that.

Mormons:
There is actually a Mormon temple not too far from where we live. And as far as I am aware, only (very young) men go door to door, wearing black mostly, and a knapsack. They seem to take "no" better than JWs. We have a Mormon couple who are friends of ours (kids friends in daycare) and once they invited us to their house. We had 1 kid each at the time I think. When we arrived, there were 2 of these young men there, and a table set for 4. Yes, you guessed it, my husband and I and the 2 young men were the only ones "having" dinner. With a sermon and a lecture on the side. I let it go on for a few minutes and then fought back. I ended with, yes, the Church certainly has its' faults and its' ugly history, and misogyny. What do YOU offer? Oh, women have no place at all in your "church"? They can't even teach children in your church? Only men can be elders? And only men can preach and go door to door? Now why the heck would I leave? My religion's older than yours too.

It went something like that but I *was polite. After they left I told our friends don't *ever do that again. I am curious about religions and they must have misunderstood my interest and questions to be a desire to convert to Mormonism.

They never tried that again, as that would have ended our friendship. But they come to our religious events (Baptisms and First Communions) and we've been to theirs (naming ceremonies, Baptisms). I very much enjoy visiting other houses of worship and I am respectful and do what I am expected to do as an outsider (sometimes participate, sometimes just sit since I am not of that religion and shouldn't participate). I expect others to do the same in my church.

You know?

Miss you to SW!

Corrine,
Didn't it suck? It could have gone out with a bang, literally! Oh well. One less thing to DVR.

Hubby and I went to see Pat Benetar years ago. We were so close, we could see this little hole in the crotch of her pants. No lie. We crack up about it all the time!

Robin in Montana said...

FT -- I have to run, so I only got to skim your post, but that's so very interesting. I've never been taught that makeup is bad, but I know "modesty" is a word that's flung about quite a bit and there are rules (which I could never quite seem to follow) about things like dress if you go to a city for a convention or whatever - women should be in skirts (modest) no shorts, no capris, whatever. Men should not be in jeans, but dress 'slacks' and shirts, blah, blah, blah. This included my kids, and I'm sorry, but if I'm in central Washington in 110-plus weather, those kids are going to be in shorts, "modesty" be damned. @@

Anyway. I'll read the rest of it and comment, but I fully agree, be respectful of others' beliefs, but that's not what you;re taught as a JW.

Anonymous said...

Fan of Benetar - NOT a fan on Sandra Bullock - she went to my rival high school.

Robin in Montana said...

Oh, and FT, yes, one of the situations the JW's hold out as to why b-days are bad is the story with Herod. There's another one, but my feeble brain can't remember for now.

And I hope nothing I said earlier offended you about Catholicism, either. I am just feeling bitter with a capital B about all organized religion these days.

Anonymous said...

C is very peaceful today - her best friend from CA keeps calling and I have to tell her over and over again that C is dying :)

Margaret - I am sorry you are dealing with that and your friend.

With your friend, not with IM of the small penis.

Robin in Montana said...

FT -- ONe more thing as I'm thinking about all this and your comment about the Catholic church having its own history and faults and all, but the Mormons (and JWs) certainly don't have any lack of skeletons in the ol' closet, either.

Angie said...

FT, I'm really shocked that your mormon friends would do that to you! I mean, why not have dinner for six and let them casually bring up your salvation? That would seem to be a better marketing plan, wouldn't it?

suz said...

back to get caught up :P
Ft well put on the JW and Mormon post. I admire the fact you stayed friends after the conversion attempt.
SW, hope you have a great birthday dinner, enjoy!

Going to go finish work and go home!

Nilia said...

RiM: I don't recall reading anything you (or anyone) wrote that might cause me to be offended, no worries! I hope I didn't offend anyone either. Organized religions by definition I think are rigid because of course their are rules. I also don't like to be considered a buffet-Catholic where I pick the things I like. But I am not a one-size-fits-all Catholic, I don't think many people can be. And I'm good with that.

Re: makeup: yes, that modesty thing sounds about right, maybe that's why some wear it and some don't? Maybe a literal translation for some? Mormons dress modestly too and my friend doesn't wear makeup, I'll bet they have a similar "rule" about modesty.

PS: My JW relatives (2nd cousins) refused to come to my church wedding but did go to the dinner after. When their nephews got married however, they *did go to the church and sat in the back pew. They just sat there and whispered for an hour but I still do feel it was respectful of them to come in. They didn't have to kneel or pray or anything, which is what happened. Too bad my church wedding didn't merit such a sacrifice.

My father's aunt (a JW) died and when my father saw her body laid out he was shocked. They had lived in France at the same time (before immigrating to Canada) and he remembered the clothes she had on from that time. She was being cremated, apparently, and since JWs believe they are coming back (??) her family didn't want to use any of her good clothes to cremate her in because she would need them. Is this too literal a translation on my part? That was my understanding. Later, my dad's uncle remarried and there was some who said well when his first wife comes back, what will he do *then?

I'm not sure how literal the "coming back" part is though, but the Catholic family took it to be quite literal.

Talk to you later, RiM!

SW: I reread my post and I realize I made it sound like that was the first (or only) time we'd been to their house (by my writing, "one time..."). We in fact used to be at each other's houses quite a lot when their daughter + my oldest son were younger. Now not so much, you know as kids get older they stick with their own gender so it just kind of died off but we still consider them friends and they are good people.

So we *had been there for dinner before. So sure, dinner for 4 was surprising and enraged me on the spot, but I kept my mouth shut and let it play itself out. My husband was just bewildered and never said a word, he let me carry it, and I was glad to.

You're right, I wouldn't have rebuffed the idea so quickly if (1) I had been expecting other guests (I had not, since there never was) and (2) if the guests were "last-minute" and we had all just sat down together.

But it was clear what it was and I was *so pissed off. Not a good strategy, I agree. I was worried maybe they wouldn't be "allowed" to associate with us anymore after this failed conversion, and I was worried it would be tense after but it was if it never happened.

Also, this couple struggle financially and they have to tithe a certain amount of their pay to the Temple. I resent the idea of this, I can't tell you how much.

Lots to catch up on - quick question - what did Lil' "Liza" Jane post on MWoP that the moderator deleted - early afternoon?

PJ said...

Benatar 3:16 was the funniest thing I heard today. My daughter even laughed.

kristin said...

CK - she was just being a grade A bitch - I have a better education than you and I am a lawyer - what do you do type comments.

Nilia said...

Hi CK! I was wondering the same re: Liza on MWOP. But I don't know either.

Off to get dinner on the table, bbl.

PJ said...

Kristin - I read all that - but there was something else, worse? 12:00 pm - after she posted lyrics to Feelings.

PJ said...

Reading further - something about "Brie's" husband.

kristin said...

CK - you have mail.

PJ said...

Kristin - thank you!

Ready for some great irony? I came home to an invitation to join the Witnesses as they celebrate the anniversary of Jesus' death on March 30th. Ha!

Sandy - you should totally use FT's phrasing. I like it!

LMAO - FB just suggested I add Bri J. as a friend...I almost put BJ up....sorry, I guess I'm a little immature but I'm giggling - The BJ!

twirldawg said...

Kristin I'm getting the same suggestion. She only has 6 friends- all mommy bloggers.

KaytieJ said...

Sandy - I am so sorry. FT is right. Hold them accountable to an action plan.

KaytieJ said...

Kristin - you would make an awesome spec. ed teacher!

kristin said...

Thanks girls! I hope so. I need to start studying - get the book first and then start studying. I'm thinking of taking the special ed test and then the secondary education exam.

Anonymous said...

Kristin, you would make an awesome spec. ed teacher. They are so needed.

Angie said...

Kristin, I agree that you would make a great special ed teacher. You are so positive and so good with kids! Do it!

Shannon, how was your final today?

Birthday dinner was fun. Low key. My work spouse's Mom and Granny are visiting him this week, and we went to a Mexican restaurant. His Mom and Granny got me a present - some catnip for my cats to plant in pots. When I got home, I put the bag with the plants in it on the living room floor, and I've been watching them fight over it ever since. They LOVE it!

Anonymous said...

SW, we called catnip loco weed. Our cat loved that stuff.

Anonymous said...

Glad you had a nice dinner.

kristin said...

Awesome CK!!

I had already thought about doing it and I tell everyone at job fairs that I am going to take the test - I just keep procrastinating.

LOL - watching cougar - and she is talking about wearing body parts - reminds me of...well you know what it reminds me of.

Yes Shannon - hope your test went well and good luck at your appt tomorrow.

kristin said...

I love this show - Cougar Town - hilarious!

PJ said...

Do it, Kristin. We will cheer you on!

PJ said...

SW - watching AI?

kristin said...

Hey ladies - I'm gonna go lay down.

Have a good evening!

Angie said...

Kinda watching it CK. I'm not crazy about the results shows. I tend to fast forward through them just to see who loses.

Angie said...

Night Kristin!

PJ said...

Kristin - as SG used to say (That would be Shirley Goodness NOT Shaun Groves), sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite!

Ewwww...mom!

Hi ladies :)

Just had some brats on the grill. Not very Irish, but they were tasty...with leftover sauerkraut from rueben sandwiches.

I'm living it up now, because we are supposed to have rain/sleet/snow this weekend. Yuck!

Angie said...

No spoilers, but I'm not happy about who it appears will be going home on AI.

Angie said...

Hi Bella! Sorry about the rain/sleet/snow forecast. I know you're ready for spring. Looks like we're going to have a nice one here, up to the 70's.

Anonymous said...

Bella, Tom Skilling said in the next five days, highs of 70 and a chance of snow. This sucks.

KaytieJ said...

SW - Your birthday dinner sounds lovely. And perfect present!

Anonymous said...

Just walked in from dinner. Agreed, SW - not happy.

Shannon said...

Hey ladies....went and took my final this morning. I am confident I passed it so that I will still have a passing grade for the class. Like I told my husband it now is what it is and there is no changing it.

I came home and relaxed for a while and even took a nap....I drove over 112 miles today round trip to take the damn thing LOL.

Then I gluttoned myself with more punishment contacting Universities inquiring about the transfer process. Figured I should start now since I have a year and I will be done with my transfer degree.

I am still excited about my appointment tomorrow, really hoping that the doctor is willing to help and from the sounds of things she is very very knowledgeable and should be able to answer all of my questions.

SW I HOPE YOU HAVE HAD A FABULOUS BIRTHDAY!!!!

Hope everyone is doing fabulous.

Kristin you should find out about the Special ED stuffs. I think that is one thing those special and wonderful kids need, good teachers that care.

KaytieJ said...

Shannon - congrats with the Final. Huge relief to have that done and move on, isn't it?

KaytieJ said...

Bella - I am planning Brats, too. My stomach is turned around after working so many nights. Think I will do some scrambled eggs with those brats :-D

Anonymous said...

Sandy, and you know Tom Skilling is the next best thing to God around here, lol! I am definitely going to enjoy the next two days, and then hunker down for the bad stuff.

Brats and scrambled eggs, Kaytie? That actually sounds good!

Anonymous said...

SW, you just go enjoy your nice weather with your old ass!!

Just kidding, kidding! :D

Shannon said...

Kay it is wonderful :)

I got my math book for this next term, Math 111, funny thing is that a lot of it looks much easier then the last math I just did LOL

Bella I am sorry that once again the yucky weather has to show up for you. Sometimes some sunshine is really needed.

Anonymous said...

Shannon, it's really odd. I have noticed a trend of it being wonderful out M-F, then Sat and Sun are awful. I think it's a plot!

Anonymous said...

Bella, I wanted a Skilling Snuggie so bad. I love when we get bad weather and he gets all hyper and excited.

Skilling=God ::nods::

Anonymous said...

My Skilling is screwing with the weather. It's a conspiracy!

My=Maybe...what the hell am I smoking.

KaytieJ said...

"I got my math book for this next term, Math 111, funny thing is that a lot of it looks much easier then the last math I just did"

That is even better! A bonus relief to a stressful Finals day.

Shannon said...

Bella it has been just the opposite here...nice on the weekends and horrible for the week.

Kay it makes me feel a lot better. I really need a nice smooth easy term LOL

KaytieJ said...

ruh roh....just found dh's stash of a huge bag of Salt and Vinegar potato chips. Must resist. I am a potato chip freak.

Salt and vinegar rocks, Kay! Go for it!

Bella, bite my old ass. ;-)

Okay, this whole Kenya Compassion trip has been overblown, but today I read this post from one of the bloggers, whoever the dude is that runs "This Is Reverb".

I really like this guy, for some reason. He seems less fake. He got to meet the child that he sponsored just a few days before...remember this is the guy who told Compassion "no" about sponsoring a Kenyan child, because he didn't want to do it for the photo ops? Anyway, he did get to meet a child he and his wife decided to sponsor on the trip.

Seriously, Compassion is not right for me, but he seems so much more genuine than Mck, and he made me get thisclose to maybe, possibly sponsoring someday.

Mck, you are doin' it wrong.

KaytieJ said...

Bella - I have been enjoying the Reverb site. He is much more real and down to earth. Seems to be a compassionate person who truly wants to help. The Mckmania spiel is just that, a spiel.

Anonymous said...

Kaytie, it's not all about him. I think that is why I like it.

Anonymous said...

The Reverb is Pastor Ryan from PW's site. He guest blogs for her sometimes. He's way into cooking and does a lot of pasta dishes.

I'm out ladies. I gotta feeling I'm going to butting heads with the buttheads at school tomorrow. Spring break starts at 3:20 on Friday. C is heading down to FL with Don to visit the monster-in-law. Much need break for all of us.
