Good morning, everyone! I'm up early, but definitely not bright or bushy-tailed. Ack. Kelly got up to go to the gym at 5:00, but my face feels still like I've been punched repeatedly, so I opted to stay home. Actually got some work done, so I guess all was not lost.
Can't wait to watch Survivor!

Survivor was good! I was only half-way watching it though, with a 3 year old, its kinda difficult. Baths and bedtime.

Corinne - My plan is to go with him 3 days a week at 5. So far .. that plan has seemed a lot better in my mind when I'm planning it that when the alarm goes off and I have to put that plan in motion. lol.
You guys and the child support stuff scares me. My ex is skating pretty easily in terms of the amount he pays because I let him claim only about a third of what he actually makes, figuring I know with being self-employed that it might be tough for him to meet even that some months, and since he's been up to now good about kicking in money here and there for other things as well.
Well. He's pissed at me about some money he owes my dad (part of the divorce agreement, so it's not like it's not enforceable) and the fact that my dad needs that money right now. So last night he tells me that until we "get this straightened out," he's not paying child support and I can just sue him. @@ Whatever.
oh RiM - that sucks!
Yes, my father always claimed he wasn't working or he worked and got paid under the table. He is a POS and a pathological liar. I hate it for my mom, who has raised all 3 of us pretty much on her own and still fights the battle. She takes time off of work to go to the court and then he doesn't show. I wish they would just throw his ass in jail already.
Okay, sorry...got me worked up!
CK and AP - Glad both of your boys have found someone who "gets" them.
I'm not sure what kind of laws MT has in effect for not paying child support, but I do think they're a little bit stricter and tend to pursue it more than others. They don't mind if you drive around with an open container and they don't mind screwing up investigation after investigation for DUIs, but by god, you better pay your child support!
Kristin- I'm fine. Had a class on Belgian constitution this morning. It made my head spin a little. We have one of the most complicated legislation in the whole world - YAY! Lol
