Finally, a new post!

Sorry, I wanted to let the one for Chris stay up as long as possible.  Remember, go here: Caring For Chris and please consider helping, if you can.  Every little bit adds up to a lot and if you can't help financially, please just pray for him to whoever it is you pray to...they're good with that.  Hey, cross your fingers for him, even.  It all helps.

Now, enjoy this courtesy of Robin in Montana.  I know I was reminded of someone. :-D

Irritating. Anyway, moving on.

AP- sorry about the flood. I *might* have grinned a little reading about Miss Arse, though. :D

I haven't caught up on the rest, so I will go back and read it.

Crap, just read about your friend...I'm so sorry for her. That's heartbreaking. :-/ I'll say, because I easily own it as part of paying the price for what I did, that I cheated on my husband, Jake's dad. Fell in love, even, or thought I was. Biggest mistake I ever made in my life, bar none. The person I cheated with wasn't the mistake, but starting a new relationship before ending the old one was so horribly wrong and caused an enormous amount of pain to many people. I'd give the world to undo that and do it in a different order. That all said, women tend to run on emotion and men? Don't. It's quite possible your friend's weight/looks are the main reason, despite how wonderful she is. And that's sad because wonderful matters so much. :-( For the record, the whole thing about once a cheater, always a cheater? I don't think it necessarily applies to women. I think it holds pretty much true with men. She's wise to get out but I am so very sorry for her.

I don't have your e-mail. Plus I wouldn't have anything to say. I could send you one if you really want, though, Sandy. :)

btw, Corinne, very cruel posting a link to that Justin kids music. Holy cow is that crap. I made it about 2.4 seconds in before I shut it down. Ugh.

Sandy, relax. We love you; we just don't email you. :-D

Lol, I just reread that whole little bunch of posts...Wendy would have peed. Ahhh, good old Wendy.

AP- I know. I just hate that she is thinking that. I know she knows it is his fault, but I hate that she is thinking that it might have something to do with her. Plus he is just being a dick. He rubbed it in her face that his 'girlfriend' was over and they wanted to watch tv but my friend had taken it. So he made sure to point out that they were going to sleep on the 'very small air mattress instead'. Yet he told her he wants everything be civil. She is going to a local hardcore lawyer, so I am hoping it pans out. She looked through his phone and forwarded all of the sluts photos and kept the letter evidence she found.

Hopefully that is enough to scalp the bastard.

Hey, is anyone here still on SIP? If so, whatever happened to Green Gracee?

Lindsay said...

I'll email you Sandy. But for some reason I can't quite find your email addy. I know I have it somewhere, though, cuz I know you emailed me once or twice. Hmmmm.

How is everyone? We just got back from football where I missed watching my son plow head first into a plywood arena wall. Thank God we spent money and got him an anti-concussion helmet. I missed the actual impact because I was trying to lurk here on my crackberry. I looked up to find the entire 7 man coaching staff surrounding him. I was not equipped to be a mom of boys.

I got one any way!!! Yay me!

Remember the movie "Field of Dreams"? "Build it and they will come." Everytime a name is mentioned here, it's like Field of Dreams.

Taiya, if she lives in a no-fault state, it won't matter. She needs to be prepared for that. But he? Is being a total and complete ass for rubbing her face in it like that. :-(

Lisa said...

My God, Lindsay, reassure me that he's okay.

Sandy, Bella mentioned P and he's not here yet. But I liked P. And P turned out to be right about many, many things.

Lindsay said...

Taiya - that should be enough to hang him by the you-know-whats. That really stinks for your friend.

One of my girlfriends hubby pretty much moved into his girlfriend's house. The other day he told the kids he had a surprise for them. He had the homewrecker's name tatooed on his arm and told the kids he would get their names below it next. Ummm. Yeah. A 10 year old and a 7 year old thought that was a *wonderful surprise. I kid you not.

The divorce should be final this week and she couldn't be happier.

AP - so far so good. No pupil dialation, no nausea or dizziness. And he's coherent. I feel okay. I was a little nervous, so I've kept him up past his bed time, but I'm getting ready to tell him to go to sleep. I think he's fine. But boy am I glad we paid the $260 to buy him his own helmet.

kristin said...

Lindsay - ouch! Hope he is okay.

alright ladies - dinner is put away and I am going to go start a load of laundry and climb in bed - my body is mad at me for playing softball last night.

Night all! :)

Lindsay said...

I swear I just saw P show up somewhere. Was it on the foxnews website? I know I just saw him/her.

Lindsay said...

Night Night K :)

Lindsay said...

Oh, I would need more that a week, that's for sure. I'd start on *him and make my way to *her :)

T@iy@ said...

Exactly, Lindsay. I would have shoved his nuts so far up his body that they would have come out is his throat. And that would just be the first thing I did.

Anonymous said...

See you say the name and they come.

I'm out too. Good night ladies and gents and ~P~ wherever you are!

Lindsay said...

Alright, I guess I had better shuffle off, too. Must go put my child to bed. Here's something new. He is 10 and supposedly is "going out" with a girl. They are on the phone right now.

Where exactly do they think they are going?

I'll check in tomorrow to make sure AP's floodwaters have subsided :)

T@iy@ said...

I have to go to bed, too. I was all worked up, but I still really need to sleep. Night Daisies!

Taiya, if she can financially benefit due to the affair, you aren't a no-fault state. It means just that - the courts don't care whose fault it is.

Lindsay, it sounds like his head is fine. Sadly, your 10 year old's might not be. :-D

Elisabeth, I just checked out that site with the candles and they are very cute, and the oils from the candle are also body oils, how clever is that... my daughter loves candles, am going to have to check into it further. Angel is my only granddaughter and was stillborn at 24 weeks to my middle child. She had another baby 18 months ago - a little boy Tay that I brag about all the time! and I'm the other rainbow flag waving Daisy that AP mentioned the other day and definately welcome you and Chris to our little Daisy circle!!

Margaret no harm in your mistaken identity of Patti! She can be a "child" sometimes when she's sick too - just like one of my kids!!

She's taking Zyrtec on the advice of the pharmacist and has slept alot alot today! So hopefully its working and tomorrow will be better!

Taiya... no problem with the advice about bronchitis, I thought it took antibiotics to cure it too, but apparently not always - thanks for googling it to look it up for me though!

My body is also hating me for hiking and pretending I'm 25 two days in a row!! Did I mention I lost my cell phone on the trail we hiked yesterday? ya... that sux!

Karen said...

AP I am sorry now that I made that stupid comment about not turning the water off before you took the pipes off - I would not have snorted in the corner with Kristin if I had known it was a huge disaster with water everywhere and Miss Arse throwing her body over the pipes... I thought it was a big spray and fast turn off - problem solved.... I'm sorry you had such a mess today - that is definately NOT funny!! My bad!

Lisa said...

I'm off to bed in a bit but Karen, that stinks about the phone. Did you try calling it yourself while up on the trail? Take some Advil and go to bed...hopefully you and Patti both will feel better in the morning.

Goodnight, all. In a bit, I'll slap a new post up, post it and see you in the morning.

Karen said...

that was the only phone we had at the park but i called it lots after we got home, hoping someone still there might hear it - and also hoping someone would find it and call "home" but they didn't. I had it turned off today - got Angela a new phone, and took her old one... and it was $50 and I get a $50 rebate so basically it was free! I'm gonna get some advil and ice cream, one way or another I'll be better. Thanks AP - and goodnight!
