An explanation for the last two posts being gone

It has come to the attention of those in the know that this whole thing was in fact perpetrated by Elizabeth Adkisson. They are in fact not even related. I would ask that people please keep in mind that HE has been just as victimized at this point as anyone of us by this person.

I am going to be locking comments so that nobody can read or access them as I do not want to do anything to his family. The secret that has been revealed has been done so because of Elizabeth Adkisson using this family and that is not acceptable to me. I will not justify what he did but I also do not feel that this is something that needs to be continued and used to cause his family more pain.

Step 1: I tell him exactly what an idiot he just was for doing/saying whatever he just did/said.

Step 2: I don't really care what excuse he is getting ready to tell me for his idiot-ness so I walk off and go get on Facebook. Completely unaffected.

Step 3: If he starts running his mouth at this point, turning it around to something *I* did wrong, I say this prepared statement: "Ok. Fine. Are you going to leave me? Because if you're not, then let this go. You're not leaving. I'm not wrong and so in the end, you'll still be here and life will go on. Get started on the "going on" part now. :)

Disqus has had a habit of changing people's log in names, mine included. There have been a number of posters who questioned that over time. Anyone who would like to see the questioning can read old posts at MWOP to see.

I don't think that MWOP is siding with anyone except that she/he has often stated that trashing each other is not okay. I really don't want a war to erupt between MWOP and this site. The people at MWOP are generally respectful and caring except for some folks who occasionally visit.

In reading at MWOP this afternoon, this seems like a war about Tina. I speak for myself and say that I don't think that LIsa or MWOP did anything wrong or need to apologize for anything.

Shannon and Lisa, as an MWOP reader I was glad that the sharing of information was happening. I got the sense that both readerships were happy for the exchange. I am not sure why it has devolved into a situation where the trust was blown so quickly. Makes me sad that we are on the same side but people are starting to slam MWOP when MWOP mod. has not even entered the conversations.

Julie, I don't remember you as a poster at MWOP. I can see that you are angry/dislike Tina and feel supportive of Jennifer McKinney. I can certainly respect that. But I think it is not fair to call MWOP into question.

I am fairly new here but I think that all here have done a great job uncovering this scam. I find no one at fault except Liz Adkisson and possibly her spouse and maybe Chris.

I hope all on both sites can move beyond this and see the value in each site whether we agree or not.

I'm with you. And the explanation about Disqus having changed names in the past seems a logical explanation. I hate Disqus anyway. And for the record, considering what MWOP *is (um, the site, not the person), I don't blame the mod there for remaining anonymous. So there.

As for the donations I made to Chris, I really hope that he received them. Just the same as I hope that Krista received hers. If they did then I'm good. Both cases turned out to be more than any of us realized, but I have to believe that they both needed the help. And I am on my own personal mission to "pay it forward", so as long as both people were honest in their need my help comes without strings of judgement attached. Now that I know about crimes that were committed it would make a difference probably, but I didn't know then so I can't, nor should any of us, beat ourselves up for trying to be good people.

As for MWOP, I'm only a lurker but I don't think he/she deserves to be raked over the coals either. That site is run pretty well for the amount of nonsense it could attract. And in fairness, Chris is not the only cause that MWOP has shared. There is also Bethany and Hannah's adoption-the babies with Down Syndrome in the Eastern Ukraine. Only mentioning that because it's a cause I specifically found there.

Lastly Mulie, you asked about my knowledge of Fentanyl and Versed. I'm sorry I left you hanging last night. If you have questions my husband and I are both nurses and we could try to figure out the answer. But most of my "hand's on" experience with the meds has been as a patient. I would guess in your situation that the Versed should exit your system quickly, it's so fast acting. But I'm not really familiar with what drugs are passed via breast milk.
