I will NEVER let the men in my household EVER see that video. Those goofy bastards would all be out in the street doing this. It would not be pretty!!! HAHAHAHA

Shannon said...

OOOPS but the arent allowed to pee on walls so would that instead make them "males"?

StringOfRandomLetters said...

This needs a name-that-game contest.

Lisa said...

I'm running on 4 hours sleep and 3 glasses of wine...I'll need to think on the game-naming. Hmmm. And Shannon, I'll give you a dollar if you let them do it and send me a video to post. :-D

Lisa said...

For the record, I can't watch that video without thinking about Lance Armstrong...

Men need a spray-down bathroom. Though lately women's public bathrooms are gross too. I understand the urge to hover, but sheesh, wipe the seat afterwards. Don't make *me do it.

StringOfRandomLetters said...

So sorry to go off-"topic" (ewww to the topic!) but I just realized what irritates me most at mwop lately --- too many people there now are recently sheared.

Lisa said...

Recently sheared...heh. That took me a sec, but you're right, they are and I don't trust them. I mean, not that they're going to do anything to me or you, but I don't trust the motives of some of them.

And I don't even like to think about public bathrooms and avoid them if at all humanly possible. Public bathrooms and restaurants. *shudders*

Hope everyone is having a good Super Bowl Sunday!

StringOfRandomLetters said...

Yes, what you said, Lisa. Too much holeyness for me :) What?!? I meant in my suntan Llegs :)

Going to dive into my Super Bowl of melted cheese and salsa now. It doesn't matter who wins :D

kate said...

Giants all the way though.

I saw Nicki Minaj in the halftime show, so I'm happy! I didn't watch the game. :-D

Shannon said...

LOL Lisa I saw LMFAO in the halftime show....I didnt watch the game either :)

KaytieJ said...

String - no apologies for going off topic. Daisy is known for that and it is more interesting that way (my not so humble opinion).

Hubby and boys did not want to watch the Half Time Show (how weird is that?)

I'm beginning to think Lauren is JM. LOL!! That woman has every excuse in the book and an answer for everything.

Pamala said...

I feel so loved, I'm now a weird lady! WOOHOOO!!

Pamala:
Exactly. She doesn't get emails, can't get on the computer, internet down, blah blah blah.
I'm not sure what her beef is with me, because I've never really had any interaction with her that I know of, unless she was using other screen names to post, but it's certainly interesting. Hope she doesn't tell my husband.

Glad to know Pamala is weird. I think I heard her described as mean or dangerous once a long time ago, too. Nonetheless, I think we'll keep her. ;-)

I was reading something last night, wish I could remember what, and it was about bloggers. It seems some are beginning to go ad-free, feeling ads detract from the integrity of what the author writes. Wouldn't it be something if *that catches on?

Lisa/Shannon:
Do you mind if I email you privately?
I spoke to my attorney today about the BWOP posting my work information, and refusing to remove it. I need one small tidbit of information. She's already sent correspodance to Blogger, but I need to know one more thing. Would you be willing to verify something for me? If so, what is your email?

Thanks,
Julia

And Julia, good luck.

StringOfRandomLetters said...

So yeah. A few minutes after I posted that comment, a post went up on JM's blog that she was in a car accident, "suffered trauma" and may be going in to surgery. Just wanted to clarify that I hadn't read it yet when I commented here, becauseIamreallynotabully. And I *try not to be an assh*le.

Shannon said...

Sting that is kinda funny....not that she has to have surgery or is hurt just the timing of comments. Hopefully she is OK and it is nothing too serious, she certainly didnt need to have such a thing happen with everything else.

StringOfRandomLetters said...

It's always hard to know what is real and what is just blog material with that one. I'm just barely nice enough to hope it's just blog fluff.

StringOfRandomLetters said...

And the saga continues ...
According to a "friend" on her fb the car incident happened *first. And the car *accident was later.
Sigh. And eyeroll.

Shannon said...

So what was she broke down and someone hit her while she was waiting? Or did she get helped and then have the accident?

StringOfRandomLetters said...

She hasn't decided yet.

Ooops. My mean side. Sorry.

Shannon said...

Yeah I kinda have a mean side as well. I mean I want her to be OK because really I dont want to see anyone go through that kinda stuff but history makes you question and that is sad.

StringOfRandomLetters said...

Yes. Someone posted this, which sums it up nicely:
“I'm not upset that you lied to me, I'm upset that from now on I can't believe you.”

Shannon said...

That really does sum it up.

I'm pretty sure if I had internal bleeding, I wouldn't be worried about updating my blog. I find that really off putting. Maybe it's because I don't have a blog...

How crap! Been gone a bit and check in and see the mckmama craziness! I feel bad for not believing her, but she just lies TOO DAMN MUCH to be taken seriously anymore. Her BIL has posted twice in the last 30 minutes on FB and has not mentioned one word about her? That's odd, no? I don't know what to think anymore, I do know that is that was me, my "friends" on FB would be the last people informed........ She's crazy.

Hi, Darcy! :-D

Julia, sure thing...it's anemonepie at yahoo.

String, that was some beautiful timiing up there!

This whole thing is such a train wreck now. If she really was in an accident, I hope she's okay. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. But I have some serious doubts about this accident. How sad is it that someone says they've been hurt badly in an accident and you can't just take their word for it?

Shannon said...

I just cant say that admin or not that anyone online would even know that I had been in an accident if it was anything like it has been made out to be. Hell I would just hope that I had it in me to be able to let my husband and family know that it had happened.

KaytieJ said...

I have my hubby well trained to know that if I were in serious condition and not able to speak for myself, he is to text Lisa :-)

However, several months ago, I landed in ER and they were pulling the crash cart out for me (oh the glory of displaying my Holey Suntan Lleggs to my coworkers). The only text I managed to get out was to my husband to pick up our son because I was in ER. And that was AFTER I was stabilized enough to text.

All that blah, blah, blah said, JM posts for clicks and caChings. It's all about money, money and more money. Praise Be to the Holy Clique!

String of Random Letters: I am dying to know who you are.
Will you secretly email me? jkr76@yahoo.com?
Also, I was not Reginaphalange. She and I were kindred spirits though...I sometimes miss the old time posters like her, JJ, mh757, etc.
Someone on here yesterday said the newly sheared sheeple are what bothers her about MWOP, and I kind of agree. They are new, and need to re-hash all the stuff we already hashed back in the day.

Also, thank you Lisa and Shannon for your emails. I think I have what I need to proceed!
Julia

StringOfRandomLetters said...

The shear comment was mine :) And I liked JJ a lot. I even plagiarized her once, to make a point. She took it well. mh757 was rational too. That's what's missing among the newly sheared. IMO and all that jazz.

Uhhhh, Julia, I'm not sure what you mean here, but if you actually received an email from me, it wasn't from me! I didn't send you anything. If you mean just giving our email addresses, you're most welcome. :-)

I'll be curious to see what the story is as it develops. Honestly, that woman has more damn drama happen...

No problem, Julia! I just didn't like that idea that some nut pretended to be me and gave you a bunch of garbage.

Darcy, I think it's rude as hell to her followers, people who actually appear to be emotionally invested in her, to not take 5 minutes to update them.

This should prove to be an interesting day, I suspect.

Anonymous said...

I get she wants privacy, BUT, then she should not have posted on her blog & facebook that she got in an accident. If she truly wanted privacy she could have waited to get home then blog about the experience. Whateves....I'm sure she's fine.

"Public bathrooms and restaurants. *shudders* "

Pamala said...

You know she didn't post on her blog that she got in an accident, someone else did that. Either one of her admins (she has them) or a family member, I'm guessing her sister. Same with the Facebook update.

Maybe I'm weird, but when my daughter was in the hospital I posted once, that she was there and needed prayers and nothing else until she was home. Why? Because it was frankly unimportant for me to update my blog or facebook past that much.

So to me it's not weird to see a post stating that she was in an accident and to pray and not see an update for a long time. Why? Because I get the impression that her family doesn't care as much as she about her blog and facebook.

Anonymous said...

Well, I wouldn't post anything period (about myself or a family member), if I truly wanted privacy. Ridiculous.

Darcy

If it is really true (per Anja) that she is on a medsurg unit... then she is probably there for pain control or something medical/surgical related... non-critical or life threatening reasons. Internal organ damage that was life threatening would not find her on a non-cardiac monitored or critical care unit. Period.

Regarding the minions pining for an update...I agree that her fam probably could care less about her "followers." However, she may be sedated from pain meds and such and unable to update... but because this is the internet...we can speculate freely... and I speculate that she is sedated from pain meds as well as possibly milking the status dramaticus diagnosis. I mean... why the heck not, right? That's what she does best.

Who knows? Though I'm glad she is not likely clinging for life on full mechanical support...I'm beginning to think that the poopstorm that follows her around has about run its course...or not.

Just a Nurse (avid reader/lurker/rarecommenter)

Pamala said...

Someone obviously has her phone back, I'd hazard to guess she does. I just think yesterday and last night, that although not seriously injured (because he dad was obviously not concerned) that she was probably out of it on pain meds. To be honest though, it doesn't even seem like her sister is there with her.

I often wonder if she hasn't created some sort of rift in her family, where her dad wouldn't even seem to give a damn about what's going on with her?

StringOfRandomLetters said...

Disconnected, distant, detached. There's some alliteration for her. Who knows what her real life is like, but that is how they appear to be online.

There was speculation during the ER RV Tour that she could like her pain meds a bit too much. Also people noted that she blogged/tweeted/whatever while on some powerful drugs that would knock most people out.

A lot of serious question around that woman. Her life does appear to be spirally downward, and she could blame "haters" but really, if online "haters" were affecting me that much, it would be a simple choice: get off line.

Lisa said...

"Chuck feels and shares your pain, baby. Chuck would have to be sedated to eat at a public buffet."

Oh, Chuck, a good buffet is my weakness. My love of copious amounts of food will overcome my fear of germs/contamination maybe twice a year. There's a local Chinese buffet that the employees themselves eat from on break, so I tell myself it's clean and safe or they'd not eat from it. And maybe once a year, I have a Golden Corral day. I always regret it, since I'm not used to the copious amounts of chemicals in their copious amounts of food but, nonetheless, I suspect I will repeat this known error of judgement at least once a year until I die. :-D

Welcome in, Just A Nurse! I suppose the way I view her followers is as those who pay her. If she worked at Target, her family would certainly keep them updated if asked to do so. They owe her followers no less, regardless of how they feel about it all.

Lisa said...

"but really, if online "haters" were affecting me that much, it would be a simple choice: get off line."

Exactly. That's the beauty of the internet...you can turn it off and go watch TV or play with your kids. And now is the *perfect time, with this new move, for her to do exactly that. You know, if she wanted to.

Pamala said...

I got all religious last night thinking about this because I was as a financial peace university class and we were talking about how your relationship with God means for less "drama" in your life. Now I don't think that God favors people I think it's more in how you handle the issues in your life.

But someone mentioned too that the closer to God you are (for the religious folk obviously) the more Godly you act. Makes sense. And if you act Godly you typically aren't doing things that might get you into sticky situations.

I thought hey, this might apply. Perhaps she's not as close to God as she likes to pretend, and not to say that's a bad thing, people tend to go through spurts of disbelief or just doubt, but maybe that's what has been happening. Perhaps with so much strife and stress she's grown further away from God which has resulted in her making some not so Godly decisions.

It was an interesting concept to think about. But it could also make sense as to why her emergencies are blown up so much by her, she sees them as huge. But if she were financially secure, secure in her faith, these emergencies wouldn't be as huge as they are.

Lisa said...

Pamala, those are some interesting and valid points. I think it *is all connected, at least among people who believe in God. "Perhaps she's not as close to God as she likes to pretend," Agreed, because she simply cannot be. it isn't possible to be living her life and to truly be close to God. I do think she wants to be, I think she tries in the only ways she knows how to be, but she's not willing (or mentally able, perhaps) to make the changes within herself to get there. But yes, you're right...with security, even just security in her faith, her perspective would be hugely different.

Lisa said...

For those into politics (and everyone *should be :-P~), what did y'all think about Santorum's wins in Missouri, Colorado and Minnesota tonight?

Anonymous said...

Do you get the feeling that Anja is backhandedly sticking up for JM? It just seems awkward to me when Anja references her "sources." Ironically, the nuggets that Roobie throws out there from time to time usually coincide with Anja... Weird. I'm not complaining by any means, because I really am just a spectator...my opinions vary from day to day with no emotional investment... but I do like to throw out a crumb of food for thought.

Pam does make vailid points...as a woman of faith myself, though, my personal belief regarding JM is that she is a lost soul (aren't we all, really?) I don't understand her, and I've given up trying to. She has turned her life into a spectator sport, and whether or not she truly realizes how lost she is... I'll never know. I can only hope that a bit of truth from our shared faith will snag her someday... that she'll have humility and be truly humbled... and realize that even when stuck in the bottom of a well... it is NEVER impossible to find a way to climb out...

Thanks for the welcome Lisa.

My mom said last night that she thinks that MckMama is the inside sourse. Not that Anja knows that, but she really thinks that MckMama is the one feeding the info into MWOP most of the time.

Because like it or not MWOP drives up the traffic to her blog. And maybe JM is okay with that kind of traffic (I mean her keyword usage shows she's okay with damn near any type of traffic to her blog).

Lisa said...

JaN, I can see how it could appear that way with Anja, but I think she's just being fiercely careful to keep things legal on her end. As long as she does that, no one can shut the blog down regardless of what others (like Roobii) say.

"is that she is a lost soul (aren't we all, really?)"

Hmm. Well, no, I don't consider myself to be a lost soul at all and don't think anyone who has a strong, unshakeable belief in God (Gods, science, whatever) is a lost soul at all. Can you explain that a bit so I understand better? For the record, there's nothing antagonistic about that request...I love discussing religion but won't argue it since there's nothing *to argue. I'm honestly just curious. :-)

KaytieJ said...

I do not understand AT ALL Santorum's wins.

StringOfRandomLetters said...

Kaytie, don't you think Santorum's wins are because Romney is seen as the insider and too liberal=closer to being like Obama?

Lisa said...

If anyone doesn't like un-PC things, scroll on past this, please. Apparently someone on JM's FB used the word "retarded" (or "retarted", according to some) in reference to people on MWOP. That, of course, brought up the whole PC thing. This poster especially caught my eye, both for the irony and the content:
"Little Bear I also wish to say I can not get over the word "retard" is being used in this day of age! My daughter is "special" and if anyone called her such a thing or labled her in such a manor I would have something to say about it. That word is old school. The reason I use the word "special" is we are all "special" in our own way."

So, what is she saying here? That there's nothing wrong with her daughter; she's just different? Okaaaaaay. So, does that mean my dad didn't have cancer but rather, he was just special in his own way? Of course not. Her daughter has a medical condition and it's called mental retardation. There's no shame in that and simply calling it "being special" isn't going to help society accept anyone with a medical or physical condition that sets them apart from the so-called norm. Except maybe for my own special snowflake. ;-D And seriously, she thinks "retarded" is bad...has she never heard anyone snicker and say, "Well, that was speeeeeeeeecial?" when someone does something dumb?

I'll hush now, but I really needed to get that out of my system. :-P~

Shannon said...

I get that people find that word to be offensive but dammit pretty much any word can be said or used in a manner to be offensive.

Shannon said...

And I had to share this because I find it rather hilarious...

http://omg.yahoo.com/news/actor-gary-busey-files-bankruptcy-us-192758879.html

Gary freaking Busey is filing bankruptcy. Gary FREAKING Busey!!!! Guess what??? He a Hollywood dude has LESS debt then the McKinney's HOW IN THE HELL DOES THAT HAPPEN??!!

Lisa said...

Kaytie, I think String is right...as much as I love Ron Paul, many Republicans just aren't happy with him. He's not blatantly anti-abortion, anti-gay rights, etc. He won't kiss Israel's (nation, not McKinney) ass. He has no desire for us to rule the world. And he doesn't want the government to govern our very lives, which is what both Democrats and typical Republicans want ,even when they say they don't. So, he's out. Romney is what String said and Newt? They want to love Newt but they can't quite shake his past...they know he cannot win against Obama. In the end, it pretty much leaves Santorum who, despite being so damn conservative that it's scary, appears to be a basically honest and decent man. He's the lesser of the Republican evils to many people and the best shot at taking Obama.

Lisa said...

"I get that people find that word to be offensive but dammit pretty much any word can be said or used in a manner to be offensive."

Pre*cisely. It's all in how it is used...calling someone, say, a cancer on society is no better. Or, oh! oh!: "She's a leech and a liar. Is he blind?" Here's one: "They can't contest anything in bankruptcy court because they'd not have a leg to stand on." Shiiiiiit, she's just crazy to insist on calling her daughter "special".

Lisa said...

"He a Hollywood dude has LESS debt then the McKinney's HOW IN THE HELL DOES THAT HAPPEN??!!"

He must not shop at Target.

Shannon said...

"He must not shop at Target."

Or Mudd Lake, or baby Boden :P

That is just so crazy to me that I would imagine a Hollywood figure to have 7 million in bankruptcy filings and yet here the nobody McKinneys have 1/4 of a million dollars MORE then he does. Just blows me away.

Lisa said...

I must admit, I'm a bit shocked, too. Gary Busey, while not a mega-star, has a good cult following and you'd think he could earn enough to pay 1/2 million somewhat easily enough.

Shannon said...

You would think. I mean didnt he just do that celebrity wife swap? That should have been enough to pay some of that back debt. And he has gotten publicity from other things as well that you would think would be earning him some money.

Guess *rich people just dont know how to pay their bills :)

StringOfRandomLetters said...

On Gary Busey: Not to mention that he at least got to age 67 before needing to file bankruptcy. It is shocking though.

On semantics: People lose track of the fact that our customs regarding language are constantly evolving. What is acceptable in 1970 is not in 2000. What is acceptable in 2012 will not be in 2032. It matters much more to *me what the tone is -- if it's meant to be degrading or is it meant kindly/sincerely.

On Republic politics: I'm probably not qualified to comment ;) but at this moment in time, here is my take: Romney *will take the nomination but will lose to Obama because too many Republicans will not be behind him. And if we get a newt for president, well, I will *just die. Not that a mitt is much better. And it's far too early for a prediction, therefore I reserve the right to change my mind.

StringOfRandomLetters said...

For an example of the evolution of language - I believe that idiot, moron and several other casually used words used to be the "correct" terminology for different levels of developmental delay. Not all that long ago!

Pamala said...

My step-dad uses the term retard all the time and let me tell you although I don't care one way or another I've had to tell him to stop because God forbid my daughter start picking up on it and repeating it.

Something that also bothers me about people with special needs kids is sometimes they'll say they don't want a cure for their children's conditions. Are they fucking kidding me? You seriously would rather your child live a life full of struggle because you're trying to accept that your child is in fact different? We try so hard to ignore differences these days. How do we build understanding and tolerance if no one is allowed to recognize differences?

My daughter is wonderful. She can do anything any other child can do. But she is far from normal. She's different. She's sick. And that's just a fact. If a cure came tomorrow I'd be all over it.

kate said...

Retarded was simply the word right before 'developmentally delayed'. Thus all the mommies of today grew up with retard being the really bad - but true - word. Idiot & moron were from their parents' generation and already used as common insults on every playground.

And yes, I can put the full contempt into speshul. Or use it nicely, mockingly to somebody who has a special moment.

All this positive spin on bad stuff anti-abortion being pro-life, mental retardation being developmentally delayed or challenged didn't really get the job done either.
That's why they're now throwing tons of abbreviations at you, too. Because every kid as ADD, ADHD, etc. When most of them need an involved, aware parent and a swift kick in the behind.

KaytieJ said...

That may be so, String. I guess I have not thought of Romney as liberal, definitely an insider, though. Good point. Santorum is so very boxed in on his view points, that I just can't see him being able to be an effective leader.

StringOfRandomLetters said...

Kaytie, I think where Romney is thought of as most liberal is on health care, though he recently sometimes seems to want to disavow it.

KaytieJ said...

Weird, when I replied to String, I missed a bunch of comments.

My child has a diagnosis and I call it what it is. I don't call it Special or Special Needs. I think I would choke. Every person is unique and special. I call it what it is because they are going to grow up with it, learn how to deal with it, and come to terms with it.

When I first came to this blog I threw out the word retarded (as in that act was really stupid). I was immediately pounced on by someone saying that word was banned (not Lisa). Since then I have stricken that word out on my own because I did not realize the hurt it caused to others (even though I was not referring to a person).

Newt for POTUS? :::coughwheezecough:::

Health Care is such a giant mess. I really do admire any of the contenders for trying to take it on.

kate said...

Ok, so I wasted some time over at MWoP. One big question: Why does nobody really care that IM didn't bother to show up at the bankruptcy meeting??!?

He's the debtor, JM is theoretically only involved in this as his spouse. She had an accident 20 min before the meeting and they were not driving up there together. Also, until she became unable to make it there it hadn't been cancelled.

So the only issue I'd really like to have some intel on is: what is his fricking excuse?

Yet MWoP speculates on everything from how JM remembers the hairstyle of the nurse to how those kids were all alone in the world if MWoP didn't watch out for them (Wft?). Thoughts?

Anonymous said...

Kate:
Are you saying that you think Israel is responsible for most of their consumer debt? I'm confused.
Also, most of the medical debt is hers, from her RV ER tour this past summer, right?
I don't know what his excuse is, but the cynic in me wonders if it's really a coincidence at all that he didn't make it, and she wrecked 5 minutes before the meeting. Sounds pretty well planned out to me.

Shannon said...

I do not know that they would have proceeded with the hearing even if he was present as both are listed filing for the Bankruptcy. I dont know for sure about their state but it really does depend on the state and such.....they may get automatically rescheduled or automatically dismissed.

kate said...

Shannon,

Yes, I agree. But according to Anja they were both listed as 'no shows' first. Then the meeting got re-scheduled & the details about the accident trickled out later. Wouldn't only she be a 'no show'? Especially if that'd be enough for an automatic re-schedule.

I'm really curious about that one.

Julia,

Sorry, no, that's not what I meant. But according to their official filing, IM is the debtor, JM is only co-debtor.
And no matter whose medical bills it were, they put his name down on most of them.
Tax debt was from his company, the house was co-owned, etc. He is named as the debtor. They're not officially 2 co-debtors is what I mean.

kate said...

I guess what I'm thinking is that as of right now, with so many changes to their situation since the filing, his interest in getting this thing over with should be much greater.

According to Anja the CFD on Becker is void since then, that takes a huge chunk of common debt out of the pot. What they're left with is
- the taxes from his income (it's all prior 2009, non?)
- medical bills in his name
- the repo of his car
- small change like credit card & utilities

Income-wise:
- she's now single with 5 kids, ads revenue below 1500, but server, etc. expenses
- he is better than 1k, also single

Yep, he should really be pushing to get this stuff out of the way.

Shannon said...

I think because they are married debtor/co-debtor really doesnt matter.

He may have shown up but because she was not there and such it is just something that they do automatically with saying both are a no show. I dont really know I havent ever had to do anything like all of this.

Pamala said...

I'm wondering what IM's excuse was for not showing up to the hearing. Actually it made me think that maybe he did in fact flat out up and leave. But if he truly showed to the hospital, I don't know.

Although his reaction doesn't surprise me to the accident. I know some were thinking it was heartless but when my ex tried to kill himself for the third time I flew up to where he was, told him he wasn't allowed to come home and that I was finishing the divorce up. And I walked out. (there was more than just trying to kill himself that lead to me leaving.)

So I could see someone who is fed up with the behavior, but still concerned, would come ask if you are okay and then get the hell out.

Shannon said...

Pamela I think that would be me as well. Love and concern can only go so far before you just check in and make sure they are OK and then just turn around and walk away. And then probably sit in the parking lot and freaking cry your eyes out because you know there is nothing you can do.

Pamala said...

It's hard to do, it may even be a bit mean, but sometimes it takes losing everything to get through to someone.

KaytieJ said...

Also: Who knows what reception IM would have really had while visiting?

I think I will shop at JC Penny's from now on :-)
What has Ellen ever done to hurt anyone? I'm glad JCP told the "Million Moms" club to go take a hike.

Ellen was hilarious in her response too. I don't get this one million moms group. They confuse me.

Pamela - they confuse me as well.
Also wanted to say to you that I hear you about your experience of going to the hospital to visit your ex. I work in an environment that I see family members in that situation. It is very difficult.

Popping in to catch up...had a busy couple of days and have a busy few more coming up with company. Anti-social me isn't all that happen, but what can ya do?

I, too, wonder about this no-show thing on Israel's part. All I can figure is that either we've not heard the exact truth about the time frame in which that accident happened or, alternately, they asked for a continuance in order to amend their papers before those papers got amended for them. Far better to own a "mistake" or six than have someone else in charge point them out, I reckon.

My understanding of bankruptcy debt, at least in Florida and allowing that it's a very limited understanding, is that it's treated as a marital debt would be in divorce...joint, 50-50.

Did anyone else wonder if those stairs the mattress is going down are the stairs into her parents' basement?

It's FRIDAY NIGHT...not time for our Half Slips and sermons, but this speech by a REPUBLICAN is darn near close enough :-)

Kaytie, I'm so glad you fixed the link...that was a thing of beauty. Maybe if more Republicans were like her, more people would take another look at the party. I know I would.

I still liked reading at mwop until recently. Now it's full of new(?) names who act like they own the place and seem to believe it's their duty to keep everyone in their place. Holier-than-thou is not my style. Are these old people or new? They don't have many comments under their *current disqus accounts.
I have no idea.

Kaytie that was amazing. Thank you so much for sharing it. I love that she said it isnt about the sex it is about the wonderful and amazing connection you have with another human being. That is so true. It shouldnt have to always boil down to sex and honestly that is what happens. That is always the argument against EVERYONE who is a legal consenting adult being able to have the right to have a marriage.

I'm finally company-less and have wound down with a little Hidden Chronicles so I'm calmer. I see JM is putting her kids in school. Good for her! You know, I felt a little sorry for her when she FBed about a decision she came to and even all her supporters started saying they hoped it was to put her kids in school. That spoke volumes, didn't it? I must admit, though, that I read she was planning on heave-hoing into her blog again for income and I found myself thinking that just really turned me off in a big way. Not in an aggravated way, just in an "I'm over it" way. That all said, *damn! I want to play on those mattresses!
