I used the common search term for this video in the subject, in hopes this post gets found someday and people get a better understanding of these videos from the perspective of people who know Noah's mom, Wendy. I hope it helps Noah someday, somehow. I am not going to link to Wendy's blog and won't use her last name, but I won't stop anyone who does. Let's try to keep protecting Noah as our priority, though, please. That's what I hope this post can be about.

There is a followup blurb a year later, in which Wendy tells Dr. Phil things are much better and Noah is not getting into trouble so much. You can find the video if you look, but the part about them is so short and is only Dr. Phil speaking, that I'm not sure how much weight to give it. I mention it out of fairness, though.

I hope that those who know/knew Wendy will comment and give their opinions based not only on this video, but on what so many of us *know, based on her own words to us. The real person with the real son. I said in the last post that I give my word I won't tell who posted if you prefer to use a fake name, and I mean it. I won't, ever. I screwed up royally with my constant pushing for money for them and I still feel bad about that. So, I've tried to make things right with everyone tonight. Everyone else on the road who has their lights on during these times is not being silly....yes they can see just fine.....what they are doing is making sure that idiots like you can see them. It sure would be nice to see you too especially since you are going to be pissed as hell if I hit you because you made the decision to not turn your lights on and thus made yourself nearly invisible to me.

So please remember as we watch the weather turn from fun in the sun to the often wet and foggy fall, turn your headlights on or stay the f**k home!!!

It has come to the attention of those in the know that this whole thing was in fact perpetrated by Elizabeth Adkisson. They are in fact not even related. I would ask that people please keep in mind that HE has been just as victimized at this point as anyone of us by this person.

I am going to be locking comments so that nobody can read or access them as I do not want to do anything to his family. The secret that has been revealed has been done so because of Elizabeth Adkisson using this family and that is not acceptable to me. I will not justify what he did but I also do not feel that this is something that needs to be continued and used to cause his family more pain.

Does a judge have a right?

So we have had so many instances in the past where the people have voted on something in their state and then either a judge in that state overturns it or the Federal Courts overturn it.

The most recent being in California. The people voted to not allow same sex marriage but just today a judge overturned that ruling. Here is the story.

In Oregon many years ago the people voted to allow doctor assisted suicide. It was a fight for a long time because the feds said that was not ok and any doctor who did assist was running the risk of losing their medical license.

So my question is, regardless of the side of an issue you stand on, is it OK for a judge or the federal courts to step in and change the ruling based upon their beliefs or personal opinions? Essentially is it right for someone else to make it very clear that your vote and your voice makes no difference?

So, have we wondered why the oil spill has been allowed to rage on until a couple of days ago and even now, they're not sounding overly optimistic this is a real fix? We have wondered why the Jones Act has not been waived, why other countries who have been saying all along that they can cap this spill haven't been allowed to help us? Well, we DO have to ask ourselves why, don't we? Who stands to gain by the spill continuing, becasue someone gaining is the only logical answer, isn't it? Now, I'm not saying this is the reason but if anyone has a better one, please jump in and share it. PLEASE. Because this is the best and most logical reason I've found and it sickens me. Thoughts?

So the last few weeks or so have been pretty hard on everyone and rather trying of some where patience is concerned. To save the patience of one and to keep this place up and running I am taking OVER and OD may never be the same again *insert evil laugh here.

This place was started as a haven for those who had been brought together by different things, mostly due to a site that lead to the questioning of another blogger who in her own words claims professional blogger and at times famous as well. Well that place went with the wind, other places started up and then went with the wind again. This site is NOT a hate site, never has been. It is much more like a group of women sitting around enjoying their coffee (read Schlitz) and bullshitting about life and those we encounter in it.

There are no laws that say we have to like everyone and there are no laws that say everyone has to like us but I for one am sick and fricking tired of having to hide or watch what I say just in case big sister is watching and decides to poke her ugly head up. People can only have as much power as you allow them to have and I am taking it back...they dont get to have any power from me.

We are still going to have the same "rules" and guidelines and you know what a good debate is all about a good debate and diapers and are still shitty :) Life goes on and allowing fear of bullies to control your life only gives the bullies more power and I for one think they have taken enough from the ladies that frequent this site so if you are willing or want to we will stick around and keep up the Daisy way of life!!!!!

As I take another look at this one, she might have a point. Mending broken fences with black duct tape and then hightlighting the repair with a sprig of neon may cross the line.

So, whose car is this? I see jumper cables, a pack of assorted USB adapters, an OJ container, what looks like loose potting soil and one more clue that will tip you off to her general geographic location but I'm not telling that. There's also another clue in this trash in what the trash *doesn't contain. Any guesses?

Also, please, help Chris. *Please. I know I sound like a broken record but it's just for another month, like I said, and he needs the help so damn badly. There but for the grace of God go any of us and it never hurts to have a few good marks on the Karmic account, you know? If nothing else, since I know money is tight, can we all promise to send anything we come into from our full moon wallet shaking to him this time?

I say this is just plain ol' redneck since everyone was decently dressed, the kids wore helmets, I saw no pit bulls or guns and there was no beer in sight. However, I know that to many, the line that blurs redneck and white trash is pretty fine so this video counts. Besides, it just looks like way too much fun to not include. :-) There's not much point in guessing on this one since it's pretty obvious, but I'll not give it away in case someone misses the big clue. Enjoy!

And please....remember to help Chris. One more month and he'll be in a far better place if we can just get him through this month!

I admit, I love them. I'd have them in my garden too, but let's be real...they look like Britney Spears' toenails, what with the chipped hot pink paint. Look at me, I've got the moderator hairband on tonight. We're going to have a little chat tonight, all of us, and it's something I've put off doing for a few days. Tonight, it's a go. We've tried very hard around here to stay out of the whole "WoP" blog mess, despite what certain people like to claim. Have we poked around some at Maria? Sure. We're human, after all, and she poked first. All we really want to do, though, is sit around on our fat asses and talk about food, babies, pets, alcohol, religion, politics and anything else that strikes us. If people who lurk here are honest with themselves and have more intelligence than a parsnip, you'll have admit that. We've tried like hell to be upfront and honest, as evidenced by the fact so many visit us and happily carry our conversations and sitemeter info back to their hidey-holes in order to discuss it privately. But here's the deal...it's being talked that Maria thinks someone from here is running GMWoP and if that's so, I can't blame her for being pissed at us, can you? I thought not.

I know who runs GMWoP and a few days ago I contacted one of them, asking that they take it down and, in return, we'd not poke anymore either. She said they would. They did not; it was a lie. In fact, last night they had a nice, big conversation about it all and decided that it was fine to throw some of the Daisies under the bus in order to get to Maria, even though Maria had already posted she was taking FWoP down. I say it's not fine. I say it's all fair game now.

This was said on SIP last night, among many, many other things. Oh, such *interesting things, last night...other nights...but this is where we start.

CPT was not alone. I was the other part of GMWOP. In fact, I think I wrote more of the posts there than she did. And AP evidently knew that, from her letter to CPT, but didn't come to me and ask me anything.

Furthermore, GMWOP started after I gave AP the chance to speak with me about my revelations that I wanted to share in order to help her protect her group...and she rudely responded to me by saying she didn't want to talk to me. Maybe she herself should have eaten some of that humble pie tonight."
